He arrived on time, worked efficiently, found an electrical connection problem I didn't know existed and repaired it. He then adjusted individual heads within each zone, replacing several, and finished by adjusting the duration and frequency of all zones. Very prompt, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend.

It seems fine. I didn't hear him complaining about anything. He's a very nice young man. I suppose that if the price is not good, my husband would not do it.

AK Irrigation performed my spring turn-up last year. For this year I was able to use an Angie's List deal and have them perform the service again at a very reasonable and competitive cost. I was able to schedule the service easily by calling their office. There was a hiccup on the initial date/time due to the technician running behind but they called and got me rescheduled. No big deal to me as they worked around my schedule and I understand things come up on jobs that cause delays. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. My system is running well and I am pleased with their work. Nice job!

installed new plumbing, backflow valve and checked the entire system and altered three heads per estimate. when I received a bill for backflow inspection, I called them and stated that it was my understanding from the estimate that this was included in the estimate since they are certified and were doing the installation. they agreed and cancelled the bill. a pleasure to deal with this firm. jan and maria steinbaugh.

Tech helped me troubleshoot issues with a RainBird MaxiPaw impact sprinkler plus adjusted a few others. Replaced a busted sprinkler nozzle for free. All of this in the pouring rain, and then charged me a VERY fair labor fee. I've been using AK for a few years and they always provide great service.

Tech arrived promptly. Explained the system and then proceeded to run each zone. As he did he cleared debris from the nozzles and adjusted each head for proper coverage. As we went around checking all 11 zones, he flagged 3 heads that were leaking a considerable amount of water. In the price one free head was included with the service. I decided to have the other 2 replaced while the tech was there at an additional fee. At the completion of the repair he instructed me how to program the clock at set up the individual zones. Only minor complaint was that he did not follow up on checking the rain sensor, which neither one of us could not locate at the time he was here. A week later the rain sensor was found lying in a roof gutter by the house painters. I promptly called the company to see if he could come out to check it, but was advised there would be a service charge. I opted not to have them come back and will repair the rain sensor myself.

When very well. They were there on time, professional and answered all my questions. They completed everything that I ask them to do. Clean up was very good.

It was my first time to use them. They were prompt in responding, they did what they were supposed to do. It was a pretty simple process for this, if it is getting into repair work or things like that then I would be able to evaluate a little bit more. If you're in the irrigation business and you can't do this then you shouldn't be in this business, this is pretty elementary. I think there's maybe a house across from us and maybe the people next door talked about using them, I didn't know that at that time, so I think they are evidently reputable and do a good job.

They met my expectations and completed the work efficiently and effectively. I plan to continue to use AK Irrigation in the future.
