They were good. They were able to fix the broken heads.

It was fine. We've had them do the winterization one year before and they were good both times.

We really like them. We keep buying big deals for them. They show up on time. Even if there is a problem with the service, they do a good job.

I am still using them. Everything went fine. They did some extra work which cost an additional $10. I will continue to use them.

Nine sprinkler zones were winterized. AK showed up during the two hour window to perform the service.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for sprinkler winterization. They called the same day to schedule the job and then came out within a couple of days. They were very professional and knowledgeable. We were having issues with areas of our yard that were constantly wet and muddy, and they were able to tell us why and what should be done to correct it in the springtime. (There were some buried sprinklers and others that were blocked by bushes causing the water to pool up.) Their pricing was very reasonable. We will be using them for our irrigation moving forward.

AK Irrigation is best in their class, and they were a complete pleasure to work with. I talked with several irrigation contractors, and AK Irrigation by far had the most knowledge on how to build my system, and their price was competitive with other top irrigation contractors. Some leading competitors wouldn't provide me a with a drawing of the "as-built" system after it was installed, but AK Irrigation was able and willing to do so with no issues. I've worked with several contractors over the years on various projects like Decks, Patios, and Re-modelling, but AK Irrigation stands above the rest. It starts with the owner Aaron Knepp, who sets the bar high, and was very knowledgeable and willing to explain details. Aaron's entire company was very professional, and I was glad I picked them to build my irrigation system, and you will be too. I've never done this with another contractor, but I highly recommend AK Irrigation. You won't regret it.

It was an Angie's List Deal. I wanted to schedule earlier since it would be freezing before the scheduled date. Though they couldn't arrange it, I was advised to take a couple of steps by myself before they could come to avoid the damage.

I've been using them for a couple years now and once again they did a great job so I decided to write this review. First, of all the companies that I hire for home services they are the absolute best. Always on time or early (they stick around if you're late too). service is fast and done right. I had another company scheduled to Aerate my lawn and it was rescheduled so many times I had marking stakes in my yard for weeks. AK not only came out within 24Hrs of my call to handle my sprinklers they did the aeration at the same time. they are just awesome. If you have sprinklers and live in Westerville, Oh. these are your guys!

AK was prompt, courteous, and performed the job quickly.

The technician arrived when he said he would and quickly got to work. He wasn't the most personable, but he was professional and answered all of my questions and even offered some advice for next year. He seemed pretty knowledgeable and was very efficient. I was hoping for a little more of his time to maybe learn more about our system, but I understand he was probably really busy winterizing as it is mid-October. I believe we will call the same company in the spring and hopefully fine-tune our irrigation system at that time.

SUPER. These people are all fantastic. They worked with me on price, they showed up on time and did a quick, clean job. I shopped around A LOT and went with AK and I am super glad that I did. I didn't have grass installed at the time they put in the irrigation system, so they came back a month later to remind me how to use the system. I can't recommend AK enough and will do so with my family and friends.

Technician arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, turned off the water supply, forced air throughout the system forcing out all water in the piping. Good job.
