AK Irrigation

Everything went very well. This is a full service irrigation company full of good honest people. I have done business with them a few times and intend to stick with AK Irrigation for as long as I live in their service area. They use quality parts to repair all issues and every technician I have had at my home has been highly knowledgable about my system and it's functions and limitations. They also prioritized me to a next day appointment when a power surge messed up the controller and I had incredibly sporadic and long watering times... great company would recommend them to anyone

It was OK. They did fine last year.

AK irrigation came out to bring up my sprinkler system for the summer, they did a full inspection of the sprinkler system and back-flow unit. They fixed a broken back-flow pipe as well as ran the required back-flow test. They turned on each sprinkler zone, and checked each sprinkler head. They did a very thorough job and I will be calling them this fall to winterize the system.

The guy was on time. He did a good job finding every buried sprinkler digging for some with bare hands. He replaced a piece of plastic pipe between the house and the valve, but did not have correct part and the pipe is leaking. The tech said someone from the company will be over in the next few days to fix it. No one called or showed up. The pipe is still leaking. Very unprofessional.

It went well. They just came in and had a quick irrigation. They were in and out like twenty minutes.

I'm not yet certain how it went. I bought this house last October, and when I moved in, the sprinkler system was off. I assumed that the previous owners had winterized it. According to AK, they didn't, and they left me with a thousand dollar estimate for 24 "leaking" heads. This weekend I took a look at the system for myself, starting it up, and so no issues with any of the heads. They all appeared to work fine. Giving AK the benefit of the doubt, I will get a couple more companies in here for second opinions, If what AK says is true, fair enough, although I would hope I can get a lower repair estimate. However, if it isn't true, the "B"s I left them will become "F"s and I will add to this review.

They did a great job, even added two risers at no charge to cover areas that were not receiving adequate watering.

Fine. Little scheduling glitch, but got the work done with no problems.

2 days later his guys returned to fix the leak, re-route the heads and adjust everything to work and spray properly. The guys that responded were very prompt and repaired everything quickly. They fixed the leak and moved the line to where I wanted, then adjusted the heads. Once they had completed this in about an hour, they showed me how to work my panel to set everything up since the company that installed it didn't do that even after I asked them to twice I was very pleased with AK Irrigation and will recommend them to everyone.

Ak Irrigation is the best of the best out there. They have friendly employees who spend the extra time to explain your options. They did a fantastic job on this service. Then a few days later when we got an unexpected winter freeze, AK was out to my house (without me asking) to make sure my main irrigation valve from the house didn't burst by protecting it from the late winter freeze. Great job AK Irrigation!

They arrived on time, as expected. The spring turn-on was performed without issue. A broken head was identified and repaired, and a few valves noted to need repair. We scheduled repair of the valves and installation of a rain-sensor for a few weeks from now.

Arrival was on time and even a few minutes early. It all went well and according to plan. He did a good job and was friendly and courteous.

There was some confusion about whether or not they were coming on the scheduled day due to the weather, but it all worked out. They were very professional and I even had them come back and do some additional work.

It was fine for the first service (the big deal), but after that, the prices went up by a lot. We used them one other time. We stopped using them after a year, and looked for someone else.

Frankly, it was great. The service person on the phone was professional, the technician was punctual and the job was done well and quickly.

They came when they were supposed to. They blew out my system for the fall season. They did a thorough job. The pricing was pretty standard for this kind of service. They did notice a couple other things I would need done in the next year.

They were willing to work with me and answer any questions I had. They took time to show me how everyting worked. I will be doing business with them now and in the future if they continue to provide such great service.

Very professional and clearly experts in what they do. Everything was installed according to what I was told and they walked me through the system use.

From what I remember it went fine because that was over a year ago. There wasn't anything I disliked that I don't recall about AK Irrigation. It was just a routine sprinkler turn on. So, it wasn't anything spectacular or out of the ordinary.

The technician was fine, and I hired them for the following year. I had no problems scheduling with them.

During the season they modified our system to accomodate a swimming pool added this summer. They do a good job. We have signed up for complete annual service opening and closing including backflow certification. We are very pleased with their services.
