They came out and flushed all the water from the system to prevent broken pipes. I was so impressed by the Their customer service and professionalism that when they sent me a contract to service the irrigation system for this Year I accepted it

It was great. Showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Checked out the whole system and repaired a leak. Very pleased with the whole process. I will use them again.

I was worried about frost coming and they came out the day I called. My regular provider would not return my call. I was extremely appreciative of AK Irrigation's understanding of my situation.

They always do what they are suppose to do. They are timely and the price seems fair. If I have a problem they will fix it.

Guy knew what he was doing - answered questions I had, completed the job in less than 30 min and left.

Everything went well. They now service my system two times a year. They winterize it before the winter season hits and clean it out before spring.

AK Irrigation is a breath of fresh air. After dealing with another company that starts with "Dr." for the past three years, I had forgotten what real customer service was. Juan (our tech) was right on time, polite, and knowledgable. Great job!

Everything went well during the estimate. That is to say that the company responded quickly to my inquiry and followed up shortly thereafter with a proposal. Furthermore, the gentleman arrived on time for the appointment and acted professionally. Unfortunately, the price they quoted was very high, and I decided not to use them.

They drained the water in the valve box. They discovered the valve box had a poor fitting extension added sometime, which made it so the lid didn't fit at all. This was removed to create a tight seal. They also tried another lid to make sure they had a good fit. They reburied the valve box in the nearby dirt as he could see we are trying to make a walkway with grass. Perfect solution found quickly. Next they checked the irrigation system for leaks. There were none. The standing water was near the drain line. They discovered the drain line coming out from the deck was not put in to extend far enough out to the end of the end of the bed. Rather it was buried halfway in the dirt. He showed me how water was draining alongside it from under the patio. So he found the problem and I can have my patio contractor extend the line the way it should have been done on install. He was polite, courteous, prompt and very easy to work with. I plan to call them again for my irrigation needs.

I was very happy with the service provided by AK Irrigation. They responded quickly to my email, and the woman I spoke with was polite and professional. I was able to get an appointment that same week. The technician (Tyler) arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, and worked quickly to diagnose and repair the problem we were having. We thought the price we paid was more than fair for the great service we received. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would be confident in recommending them.

This work we had done needed to be completed within a very small window after the final grading of our yard was done, but prior to the lawn being seeded. AK worked with us on the scheduling, and did a great job in handling a few unexpected issue with the electrical wiring that was outside their control. In the end, the system was installed properly and in the time frames that we needed it. We've had great experiences working with AK Irrigation and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an irrigation contractor.

They showed up on time, certainly knew what they were doing, and completed the process in about 45 minutes. No issues.

They were really good. They've been out here for about 6 times. We had one drain company come out and they cut so many of the sprinkler lines. With AK, as soon as I called them to say that I have another issue or it was leaking or whatever, they're out here within two days. They bend over backwards for you.

They did a really good job on keeping in communication with me and arrived on time. Two technicians came for the job. They completed the inspection of the sprinkler heads and kept me involved in what was going on. They diagnosed that two heads needed to be replaced and the technician showed me what was wrong with each of them. He replaced both of them for an additional fee. However, they had a deal to buy one sprinkler head and receive the other one for no cost. The new sprinkler heads include a warranty and also have a longer life expectancy. They even found the annual back-flow inspection that is required through the county. They did a really good job with the work and everything works just fine.

Very responsive and very professional

Spring startup was via an Angie's List Big Deal, but it was also to get someone out to assess what all might be needed as had not used the system for three years. Issues addressed included the following, and was scheduled promptly once I had considered the estimate for a while. I did not seek a second estimate, though I considered. But AK did a good job on the initial assessment, and a bit of work in itself, just to be in position to give me an estimate, so I chose to stay with them. And now plan to use for my spring start ups and fall blow outs. Again, work completed was as follows. o Repairing cut wires previously sliced through on replacing an in-ground drain to the street. That got the sprinkler system going so as to assess. o Of ten zones, four valves would not open, involving all three in-ground valve boxes, so these would all need to be dug up as these were older style valves, in the ground for over 20 years now. So decision was to replace all ten ten valves, as we were just looking at having to do all over again the next time a valve went out. Plus these new valves have replaceable diaphragm's, so you have a better chance to repair in place if needed later. Plus there is a five year warranty now on the valves. o Also had two other leaks in the system, and several heads to replace.

AK irrigation performed excellent services even when I bought the voucher for spring opening they honored the same voucher for Backflow testing. I would recommend them to others.

We purchased our home in July, 2013 and heard about a "backflow inspection" but that was it. In May, we received a postcard informing us that we needed to get the inspection completed in a couple of weeks. After reviewing Angie's List, we contacted AK Irrigation. I thought they were supposed to arrive on 7/12 but they showed up on 7/13 (I stand by the 7/12 date but figured I would let that slide). Tyler showed up, found an issue and "fixed" the problem. On Monday, my wife went to run the hose and found the line was still blocked, spewing water everywhere. We called AK Irrigation and they came out the following day to fix the problem. They were supposed to show up on 7/12 and showed up on 7/13. I wanted to know what we had to do to make sure we were "compliant" with the backflow inspection and had to call to find out (they're the experts...why do I have to follow up?). The repair we weren't expecting wasn't repaired correctly. Four days, several phone calls, a ton of questions and $240...my wife and I actually discussed getting rid of the irrigation system. It may have just been bad luck, but will result in us not using AK Irrigation again. Which is a shame - we picked them because they were a "Super Service Award Winner".

Jeff arrived on time and went right to work he was courteous and was able to repair a leaky valve that had been causing us problems. I highly recommend AK irrigation if you need some help with your in ground sprinklers.

It was good. I used them for both the spring and fall. They also have done a back flow inspection. They did a fall shut off. They were very prompt. I highly recommend them.

He showed up on time and did what he was suppose to do. I will find out if he did good job adjusting the sprinkler heads in couple weeks since my old service provider didn't do good job adjusting them.
