Michael and his brother were so accommodating in a stressful time! Initially, my Nest thermostat stopped working and my home warranty company wouldn’t help me. I called Michael and he came out that day, assessed the situation, determined I needed a new furnace, rearranged appointments and fit me in within 36 hours to install a new furnace. Michael went out of his way to explain and show me the problem, to talking me through the process. The service, professionalism, cost, and everything in between was top notch. Will be keeping them in mind for future projects and will definitely pass their name onto others!

Steve came out and provided an estimate to repair my hardwood floor. I decided to go with him to do the repair, and we scheduled the repair on April 20 at 9:30 am. He did not arrive on time, and when I spoke to him later that morning, he advised that he had van problems and was waiting on AAA, and would let me know status. My daughter who was waiting for his arrival also called him and we have never received a follow up call, or an apology for his failure to show. I am terribly disappointed because he was very professional when he came out to give the estimate, and I was looking forward to doing business with him.

Steve searched through 5 different lumber mills to find the exact hardwood to match the hardwood in the rest of my house. He found something that we were very pleased with and estimated his costs perfectly. He laid it on exactly the timeframe he specified for us at the beginning, despite problems that could have pulled his attention elsewhere. He came in right on budget. He was extremely attentive to detail and the finished product is beautiful. I can't recommend him highly enough and we would definitely use him again. Thanks, Steve!
