A CHANGE OF SPACE

I contacted A Change of Space thru their website and received an immediate response and scheduled a meeting. I met with Carol and Debbie and told them what I was looking for and that I was working within a budget. They quickly came up with several ideas on how to make the most out of the budget. They listened to all my concerns and addressed everything. Our room is even more gorgeous than we ever imagined it could be, all thanks to A Change of Space. I will be using them again.

I called Carol Bowman and Debbie Thompson for a free interior design consultation. They were on time. Were very anxious to tell me about all their services and their prices. They seemed impatient with me and I felt rushed. I feel they ''duped'' me into a $150 color consultation that consisted of the two of them walking through my house with a paint chip book and pointing to colors. No rhyme or reason or thought put into it (ie flow of colors). They required a check at the end of the ''consultation'' and promised to send me paint samples. It took an unreasonable amount of time to receive. Also, during the consultation, they did not have paper to draw an idea for furniture placement and used the back of an e-mail page. Turns out one e-mailed the other about our upcoming consultation and said ''could be a bust'' about our meeting.
