Since the smell was minimal on the cold day he came out, there were many options for the location of the animal. He cheerfully and professionally searched high and low for all possible locations. Once it was found, he suggested ways to avoid the problem in the future.

Dave was just the man. He came up with a great solution for positioning his traps in order to get those turkeys fast and efficiently. He even recommended someone who could repair the damage quickly and for a reasonable price. Overall I had a great experience and am glad to have done business with Dave. If you have animal problems, don't wait. The longer you wait the more damage that they will do.

He set live traps, caught them all and took them off the property. He was very nice to deal with. I choose him because he was the only one I found that didn't use poison.

He is going to bring his ladder and take care of closing the whole in the roof of our house so we don't get anymore coming in.

I called Dave in the morning and he was there before 5:00 p.m. in the evening to set up the traps. I called him everyday to tell him what, if anything, was trapped. He then came and removed the animal. He explained everything he was going to do in detail and came when he said he would.

I have four boys and was worried about their safety, if they were to go get their bikes out of the shed. The company came the same day that I called to set up traps. He told me to call if there were any that were caught, so they could come out to remove them. Over the course of a week all five raccoons were removed. This company was very professional.

Dave was helpful in coming out to our house right away on short notice (he just happened to be in the area). He did a thorough inspection of the attic and attempted to find a way to remove the bird without drywall damage. Unfortunately there was no way to access the bird throughout the attic. Dave went above and beyond in trying to help us and he didn't even charge us for coming out since he wasn't able to remove the bird without cutting through the drywall.

He used a humane way of removing the rats. I did not want poison because I have other animals. In one day he caught them all, about 15. He took the live ones with him and put them to sleep in his lab. He even took the trash out front for me. He was more reasonable in his price than what other companies were charging.

Dave was prompt and polite. He came and set four traps on top of my roof. I was required to check the traps (by walking outside and looking up at them) every morning, and call to report if they were empty and open to avoid any additional charges. If an animal was in the trap, he came that day and removed the animal and relocated it. He charged an initial set up fee and then charged a fee for each animal he trapped and removed. I think I was fortunate that there were only 4 squirrels. He did offer a small price break if the number of animals reached five, and then another small price break if the number of animals reached 10. On the whole, Dave did a great job.
