+ -1 moreCOMPANY HAD A PROFESSIONAL STUCCO REPAIRMEN CONTACT ME AND I WORKED WITH HIM. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE KNEW THE STUCCO BUSINESS AND HOW TO REPAIR. OVERALL VERY GOOD WORK - HOWEVER, REPAIR AREA BY BASEMENT WINDOW WAS COVERED BY A WINDOW WELL COVER. I DID NOT REMOVE IT TO SEE ADDITIONAL WORK WAS NEEDED WHICH I SHOULD HAVE DONE. BUT, HE SHOULD HAVE DONE IT AS WELL TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR THAT I DID SEE. WORK WAS DONE WELL EXCEPT FOR AREA AROUND DOWNSPOUT ON ONE SIDE. IT LOOKS LIKE HE BECAME HURRIED. THE OTHER SIDE LOOKS VERY GOOD. CLEANUP WAS JUST OK. THE BIG STUFF WAS TAKEN AWAY, BUT A LOT OF LITTLE STUFF WAS LEFT FOR ME TO CLEAN.
Description of Work: PATCHED AND REPAIRED STUCCO ON THREE SIDES OF HOUSE. MATCHED EXISTING STUCCO DESIGN AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE.

+ -1 moreCOMPANY WAS SUB-CONTRACTED BY KITCHEN REMODELER IN ADDITION TO THAT WORK I HAD EXTRA WORK TO BE DONE WHICH MIKE SAID HE WOULD NOT CHARGE ME FOR. DAYS LATER WHEN DONE WITH THE JOB HE CHARGED ME $50. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS CONTRACTOR BECAUSE OF THIS. THE KITCHEN REMODELER PAID MIKE FOR THE TOTHER WORK
