Mr. Preston responded within 1 day and diagnosed the noise problem with the Kenmore dishwasher. He ordered the new motor and returned within 48 hours to install the motor, then went to the basement to check our dryer. The drying time was increasing, and the lint filter was being overworked. He replaced a belt, cleaned all the lint out, and shortened the flexible tube to the outside to the correct length. He was very honest with us about our options on the dishwasher and the cost of the options. We were very satisfied with his work and will call him again and recommend him to friends and relatives.

Brooke was very friendly and thorough. He was able to schedule us in quickly, and called before he arrived. Once here, he easily diagnosed the problem, gave us a VERY reasonable estimate and fixed the fridge. I would definitely recommend him for service, quality and price.

Brooke Preston, the owner, was very responsive to my need (on the day after Thanksgiving at that!) and was on time, handled the appliance carefully and thoroughly. Explained fully what he found and how to avoid the problem in the future.

Brooke is wonderful. I trust him and his ability. His prices are comparable to other service repair organizations, but his customer service far exceeds expectations.

This guy was fantastic. He helped us troubleshoot on the phone, which actually fixed half of the problem! He then came out to repair the oven, he quickly found the problem, then repaired it for a very reasonable price. We are delighted to not have ot buy a new oven and to be able to cook again! We will definitely hire him again if we need other appliances repaired. Unfortunately, he does not do electrical work, or we'd hire him for other work here!

He was prompt, polite, cleaned up, and helpful when asked for his experience and advice. I would definitely use him again. He was able to come the morning after I called, and gave me a 2 hour window of time and arrived within that time. Great service! I plan to use him again for other appliance repairs.

Ron was very polite, professional, and courteous. He spent several minutes on the phone with me and never asked for a payment knowing that he had solved my problem for me without coming to my home. Although I have not met him in person, I will call him again if I have a future problem.

I HAD SOME APPLIANCE REPAIR WORK DONE WITH THE COMPANY. HE WAS SENT OUT BY MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. I FOUND HIM TO BE COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE QUICKLY REPAIRED TWO HEATING ELEMENTS ON MY STOVE. HE ALSO LOOKED AT MY RANGE HOOD AND REASSURED ME THAT THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH IT. I LIKE WHEN REPAIR PEOPLE DON'T TRY TO ROOK YOU INTO GETTING THINGS DONE SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE AN EASY BUCK. I AM NOT SURE OF HIS PRICES, BUT I BELIEVE HE'S PROBABLY COMPETITIVE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM.
