Good service. Found problem & looked for additional issues just in case. Would definitely use again.

He responded the next day. Was punctual on agreed upon appointment time. Diagnosed the problem. Had the part on his car and repaired accordingly. Took less than an hour.

IT went very well and I would hire him again.

Easy was the first, and seemingly only, appliance repair guy that actually called me back within a day, gave me an accurate estimate over the phone, was able to retro fit my Samsung with the needed posts the same day and charged exactly what was estimated, even though her had to make two trips. He arrived in time, was polite and friendly. I highly recommend his services.

They never showed-up! I had to leave a voice message for a call-back. They called me back @4:54 on 6/10/2020. We scheduled service for the following Wednesday btw 8 - 12. At 12:30 no one show-up. I called to see why and the man I spoke with said I must have called someone else, because he did not show me on the schedule! So I told him, I had received a call back from his company, but he said it wasn't them. I have his company name and phone number on my caller ID! He never offered to add me to the schedule and he never apologized for the mix-up. It had to be my mistake. Will never call them again nor will I recommend that company. EVER.

He was rude and nasty and he harassed me. I saved all the text messages

The technician, named Easy, came to our house in a timely manner. After spending about a half hour assessing the appliance and discussing the problem, he recommended that I call the company to see if they would fix the problem themselves. In the end, they did, and I was changed nothing for the visit by the technician. I felt that A1 lived up to the high rating they received on Angie’s List.

He came next day, was on time, and fixed quickly. Price was reasonable.

Highly responsive, knowledgeable service with fair pricing. Easy was able to get to the root of the issue, and laid out options for consideration. We ended up going with a new fridge, given the overall cost of the repair in terms of time and $$$. I would readily call A-1 again for any appliance repair need.

Fantastic, he was great! He came on time and right at my place (my house is kind of hidden so I asked him to call so I can come get him once he get to my street but he found my house). He didn’t charge me any labor since he only had to pull 2 socks out. Great service!

A-1 was on time and worked quickly. Price seemed fair. He exp-lained what he was doing and he was honest about how successfull his work might be. He reset the temperature controls amd told us to monitor it. If it didn't keep both sides at the proper temperature it was likely it would need a new compressor and most folks would buy a new refrigerator rather than sped the $800 or more just for a complressor. He slao gave us advice on which brands he though were better in case we needed a new one. This is the third time A-1 has helped us.

My freezer lost power so i called A 1 after hours. A couple hours later they called me back and walked me through a process to clear the error caused by the power failure, It worked so there was no need for them to come out. I've used them before and would use them again when I have a problem. Highly recommended.

The problem was a fuse. Had another small issue that the technician took care of as well.

Great. Arrived on time and had the part in his car. Took him about 45 monutes. He knew what he was doing.

Very well. Was very professional, was able to accommodate us within a few hours and fix the problem. He found that the drive belt was broken, picked one up at the store and had the unit repaired in no time. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend his services and would call him again if I needed to.

Repairman was knowledgeable and quickly inspected, diagnosed, and fixed several issues with the washer. While ultimately we determined that the washer was unsalvageable, he walked me through each issue and explained in a way that made sense to me and that I was able to communicate to the seller.

He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and told me exactly what was wrong. He was right up front and was professional. He was done in an hour. It's been operating perfectly ever since.
