Sent email, called 2 times-left messages to call. No response after 2 days. .

Discovered the problem was actually relating to door for the dispenser. Replaced the solenoid and cleaned everything

The technician came to the house and waited with me for an entire cycle to hear the noise and help get the problem fixed. After hearing the noise, the technician told me what the problem was and recommended that we not tear the unit down to the correct the noise issue, but instead keep using the washer and let the noise work itself out...thought it was strange that he recommended no additional services, but in fact after about 10 more washing cycles the noise has gone away and we saved somewhere between $600-$700 on a repair that really would not have been needed.

Great. He didn't have the part on hand but came back on time several days later.

"Easy" is very good at diagnosing and fixing the problem. It took him less than half an hour to fix the leaking problem. Will recommend him to anyone.

I called A1 around 10am Tuesday after I discovered that my over 15 year old Whirlpool washer was not draining water. He said he would be able to come by early that evening and take a look. True to his word he arrived around 6:00 after calling me to say he was on his way. Identified the problem right away and was able to fix it right then. He was honest and offered his opinion. Professional, courteous and smart! I would definitely hire A1 again!

The filter to the pump was clogged with coins, lego and dryer sheet. This was preventing the water draining in a timely manner. The pump has a certain amount of time to drain out. With all the stuff around and in the filter the timer timed out. By cleaning the clog, the washing machine timer is not timing out.when draining. Tips were given to help prevent this from happening again.

I called A-1 at 11 am and "Easy" (name on shirt, I didn't ask!) was able to fit us in at 3 pm. After opening up the machine he was able to determine that the error message didn't make sense with what he was seeing inside. After an hour of checking different things he discovered that it was the motor that ran the water pump (out of the machine) that needed to be replaced. At that point he asked whether I'd like to just "Youtube it" and take care of it myself ("some people like to do that") or that he would be able to, but not until the next morning (too late to get the part from the store). Easy arrived the next morning, had the part installed within two hours and was on his way. Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had with a repair company/person. I will be calling A-1 first every time I need a repair.

Luckily, didn't need parts repair for fridge. The coils just needed a goo cleaning. Decided not to fix ice maker.

A1 Appliance Repair had no trouble taking on our oven repair. No one else seemed to want to even look at it. It's an American Range brand, and I guess they're aren't many around Columbus. A1 was willing to fix it. They were great with communication, very conscientious, and just easy to work with. We had to order a part from the manufacturer so we had A1 out twice. I will call them for any appliance repair moving forward.

Decided to just buy a new machine. Rep was coureous and explained every possoible option.

A-1 didn't think they could do the work but the recommended calling Economic Appliance Repair and asking for Jake Follrod, the owner. Jake came out and personally did the repair. However he admitted that he was probably the only person even at his company that could have handled the repair to my 1957 GE wall mounted above counter refrigerator. I very much respect what A-1 did and appreciate the honest response they gave me when I called them for service!

The service provider, Easy, arrived on time and immediately diagnosed problem. Also found another problem which could have become fatal to the entire refrigerator if not fixed right away. In just over an hour, he manually fixed both items without having to purchase parts. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Would call again if needed.

The person that we had was absolutely excellent. The man who came out absolutely explained everything that had happened to the washing machine and we finally ended up replacing the washer. He could have gone ahead and done a minor repair, but he showed us where there was going to be a major problem probably within the next couple of months --it was an old washer. We talked to him about what kind of washing machines are good in the market. He was just very knowledgeable and he shared that with us. Then he went on and we asked him while he we was here if he minded checking the dryer because it was just as old. He checked the dryer, made some adjustments and put a new part in so he was very accommodating. He just exceeded any of our expectations. We called him one day and he was here the next morning. He came exactly when he said he was going to be here. He took all the time he needed to be able to share with us what was going on (he knew a lot about washers and dryers) to make sure we knew what was going on. He was very professional. We have planned to have him come back.

Wonderful Service. Easy explained what was wrong and fixed the problem. He had a conversation with us about replacing or repairing. Making sure that we made the best choice. I highly recommend.

Easy was able to meet me at my home within hours of me calling. When he arrived he determined what was wrong with the refridgerator and lucky for me, he was able to get the necessary part to complete the repair immediately. He left to get the part and was back at my house within an hour. He easily installed the new evaporator fan motor and all appears well. Easy was punctual and very professional. Excellent service. Can next day and fixed it within 30 minutes.

Easy called when he was 15 minutes away and arrived on time. He confirmed that the dryer belt was broken and quoted me $176 plus tax to repair. By 5:30 pm the dryer was repaired and working. When I told Easy we were Angie's List members he said he would give me $10 off even though I had not printed the coupon. He was extremely nice and efficient. I will call again if we need service on our other appliances, hopefully not!

Great. It was an electrical problem that was easily fixed.

Great experience. My phone call was answered promptly. My needed repair was discussed and a service call to check the issue was scheduled within hours. The repairman called when he was on his way over, assessed the problem, gave me an estimate and was able to replace the heating element.

The service tech came out on a major holiday and answered every question about the repair.

Our upright freezer slowly stopped cooling over the weekend and I called 5 service providers on Monday morning, getting a range of availability from 2-4 days. A-1 was the only one who was available same day. He fit us in to the end of his day and showed up as promised. A-1 determined our fan motor had failed. To spare us additional service charges, he showed us how to complete the repair on our own. We ordered the part and successfully installed it.
