Immediate response received from Ohio Valley Wildlife once utilized your suggested companies, Lack of communication once agreed upon contract, requiring me to follow up several times after traps set, with great disappointment on my part. Animal was caught just shy of one month later, and picked up by Ohio Valley Wildlife promptly. Delays explained and apologized for at time the animal was picked up. Traps were taken away.
