+ -1 moreJanuary 5th or the 12th at 9:30am on a Thursday I had an appointment with them. They were a no call, no show. I live in West Union. They had both my cell AND home number to get in touch with me, including my address.
Description of Work: No work was done.

+ -1 moreHe arrived when he said he would and was worried about getting our rug dirty. He wanted to come around the house to where the A/C was so he wouldn't track in dirt. He told us what was wrong, what could happend, how he could fix it and approximately how long it would take and how much it would cost. He did all he said he would and it has worked great ever since.
Description of Work: We have used Mike Bayless several times since we bought this house three years ago. He is local, does excellent work, is very friendly and personable and will go out of his way to make sure you stay cool or warm depending on the problem. We will never use anyone else. Would highly recommend him for any of the type work he does. You feel like he is your friend and neighbor. He worked on our A/C which was apparently wired incorrectly some time ago. It kept going out. He knew how to make it work until the piece he needed was deliever and then came and installed it after normal working hours to make sure we were cool.
