+ -1 moreThe night before I was doing laundry and it started to smell. The next morning I called around to find someone to come repair my washer. Some turned me down due to distance or I would have to wait a week for them to show up. I called Ace and they were here by 2 that day. He let me watch and showed me what was going on and we discussed the repairs and damage and compared prices to fix or buy a new one. He recommended a new one when the price for parts, labor and the damage to the washer would be almost as much as a new one. I just didn't want to put money into a machine that I didn't like that well and I love my new one. I am glad I chose Ace. Thanks!!
Description of Work: I had a Front Loading Washer that was smoking during cycle and I called them in the morning and they were here by 2 that day. The repairs were expensive and he showed me exactly what was happening and what needed to be repaired and we discussed options and decided it was not worth the money to repair and I would need a new one. He also recommended on his experience in repairs on washer he felt would suit my needs. I felt very confident in his decisions and recommendations. He was professionally honest in my opinion and love my new top loading washer.

+ -1 moreWe were in a bind as the appliance was not cooling and we were forced to put our perishable items in coolers. We were provided with a one year home warranty service when we purchased our home, however they informed us that no one could come out until May 15 We were referred to Tim (Ace Appliance) and even though it was already past 4:00 PM, he showed up at our house as a courtesy. He had the part on his truck and within an hour, the refrigerator/freezer was in A-1 condition. Extremely nice, extremely diligent in providing the needed repair and I would recommend this company highly. Thank you Tim!
