Eaton Well & Pump

They were amazing. Had a mainline break from our Well to our house on Monday and they were out at my house Monday evening looking at it. They kept in touch each day and was able to get out on Friday and fix it when all is said and done, everything was cleaned up, and the price was less than what we were originally quoted and they were exactly 1/3 of what a local plumber wanted. I couldn't have asked for better service. They called first thing in the morning to see what I needed done, called to schedule a time, and called back to let me know they were on their way. Arrived on time, gave me a quote, and started the job immediately! They answered every question I had. Had the well pump, the lines, and wires replaced quickly. Checked over my pressure tank, and made sure everything was working the way it should before they left. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend and use these guys again. They were fun down to earth, honest people.

Lightning killed our well pump, and when the plumber tried to remove the old pump, it was wedged to the point that it couldn't be removed. The plumber brought in Eaton to drill a new well, which they promptly did. The plumber installed a new pump and we had water in the house again. However, when the health department tested the water, it failed the coliform bacteria test, and we were told both by the health department and the guy who does our usual household plumbing to contact Eaton to chlorinate the well. After two weeks of calling Eaton and leaving messages and asking for a return call and getting no return calls, I finally got someone to answer the phone. I was told the person who would normally handle this request was out of state, and the lady gave me another number to call. Again, I called and left messages and got no return call. Today, someone finally answered, but they were very rude, threatened to punch me in the mouth, and told me I should have called the plumber who installed the pump for chlorination. After four weeks I finally have the information that would have been useful in the first place. I don't know if threats of physical violence are a standard part of Eaton's customer service, but be prepared.
