Timely with coming over and did a great job. Came back a week later to validate that our yellow jacket colony was dead and sprayed extra just to confirm. Will definitely work with them again!

Had them come 2x paid $700 for services and the problem is worse...not sure why but will have to find another company and dispute charge with the financial institution

Mike was very responsive and proactive. He even came back a few days later, to make sure the wasp/hornet/yellowjackets were all dead and no longer swarming anyone who walked by the bushes.

What a great costumer service for father and son business! I had mole distorting my lawn by making tunnels, therefore making a lot of dead grass areas in my backyard, He explained everything and was coming back once in three weeks, someday and time to put a bait that takes cares of them. I am very satisfied with their service. I would have them again if I need their service.

They just sprayed for the yellow jackets today, so I donâ t know if they took care of them yet. But they have assured me that if I still see them in my house after a couple of days, that they will come back at no charge and spray again. Mike was awesome on the phone and called me back when he said he would. Drake actually was the one doing the service call and he too was awesome. He was on time (5 minutes early even). I am terrified of bees and Drake (as well as Mike) was very understanding of my fears and did not dismiss them, but handled them with care. If they succeed in getting rid of my problem, I will be having them spray in the spring and the first of July to be proactive in keeping them away before they start building nests again. And if they succeed in making my home a safe haven again, then they have a customer for life!!
