Very responsive to our inquiry and determined the type of infestation and what we needed to resolve the problem. While Mike was here, we talked to him about the wood bees which were flying around and boring holes in our front porch and back deck; he treated for those and we have not seen any since. We also thought we had a critter that had dug under the facing of our deck and Mike recommended blocking two smaller holes and setting a trap for the larger entrance. His son came out the next day and installed the grates and the trap— all humane but will hopefully solve the problem. (So far we haven’t caught anybody so it might have moved on). We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for many reasons: 1. responsive and took time to assess our needs and made HONEST and FAIR recommendations ; 2. Cost was very reasonable; 3. later follow up; 4. Fair warranty; 5. It looks like our problem(s) are solved. It is nice to deal with an individual who has integrity.

Mike responded right away to my request to deal with some mice that were getting into my basement. He explained the process and the potential costs based on what he might find. He showed up when he said he would and followed through on everything he promised. He got rid of the mice, found where they were entering the basement, and repaired those spaces. Affordable and dependable! I highly recommend!

Wonderful people to work with! Easy to get an appointment and they arrived as promised. It takes 3 treatments to get rid of the moles and they just did #2, but I feel confident that it will work. The sun, Drake, even offered to close up a hole where a bird was nesting in the soffit. Highly recommended.

Mike and Drake are a powerful father-son duo. They responded quickly to my inquiry. Had traps set the next day and were carrying critters out of my yard the following day. Their prices were very clear and lower than some of their competitors.
