They showed up when they said they would, did what they explained on the phone. We had a bit of a situation after the initial service call, but they were quick to respond and checked things and we were happy with the end result.

Answered my inquiry within minutes. Came out the next business day. Confirmed my appointment before coming and actually performed the service early. No evidence of bee activity by the next day. Said would come back in about 4 days to make sure all the bees were dead and re-spray if needed. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anybody with a wasp or bee problem!

Drake are knowledgeable. The traps was set up with food for a raccoon but not for my curious cats. The racoon was caught the first night. The traps were maintained for about a week in case other raccoons were nearby. I would use their company again.
