Great work! Very satisfied with flooring installation. Reasonable price, good communication and timely work schedule. They were very considerate with their work space and making any noise while working. They cleaned up well and kept a tidy working space. I would recommend them to anyone and hire back if I ever have more flooring needs.

Stephan and Peter did such an amazing job on our floors. Not only was their price competitive, but the floors turned out so beautiful! One of the bedroom floors had some pretty significant gouges that they were able to remove and now you can’t even tell they were ever there! Also, we had some damage in the transition space in a closet they also repaired and I can’t believe how good it looks now! The new hardwood installed also looks great and matches the rest of the house so beautifully! Furthermore, Stephan and Peter were always on-time, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needing hardwood restoration and repair!

Stephan came out to measure, discuss our flooring plans, and provide an estimate. It was detailed, transparent, and fairly priced. We knew the project would be tricky, as there were 6-7 layers of flooring to remove in the kitchen/dining area. This had to be removed in order to install new hardwood and get the floor down to be flush with the existing hardwood throughout our main level. Stephan and Peter had all the old flooring removed in one day and had the new areas installed (expertly laced in with existing) the following day. They were accommodating as we made decisions about stain and finish. The entire job- floor, newel posts, balusters, and handrails, turned out fantastic. Stephan and Peter know what they are doing, and they work efficiently through all phases of the job. Stephan was always quick to respond to questions and help us make decisions when we got stuck. We are completely satisfied with the work they provided, and we are planning to have them back to refinish our upper level floors in the future. I highly recommend Stephan Flooring.

Stephan was absolutely great! We got several quotes and his price was very reasonable for the job. The previous owner did a DIY refinish on the oak floors and botched it pretty badly (not enough finish, uneven sanding), but Stephan was able to restore the floor in my main living area to its natural beauty and I couldn't be happier. He left the place spotless, and gave clear instructions on how long everything would take. Stephan even came back after the job was done to fix a scratch that Macy's created when delivering a new sectional, and he didn't even charge for the quick repair! I will definitely be using him again when it comes time to re-do the botched bedrooms :). For those that are curious, he used Bona products (AmberSeal and Traffic for me).

It went exactly as planned and we were really satisfied with the work they did. Communication was really good, very prompt and quality of work was good.

I would highly recommend their company to anyone wanting hardwood floors laid. They were honest, trustworthy, and very meticulous in their work. They were always on-time and communicated well with me. They cleaned up their work areas after each day. This was a wonderful experience having them work here. I can't say enough nice things about this company. They were the first to respond to my request for an estimate - which was right in my price range. Within a week we agreed upon a price, day and time. They were prompt and very courteous. My floors were deeply cleaned, lightly sanded and 1 clear coat applied to the dining room and living room in 1.5 hours. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Stephan was one of 3 floor installers that came out to provide me a quote to install hardwood flooring in my great room and foyer. I had previously purchased the wood for another installer to install who at the last minute told me he couldn't do the job. Needless to say I wasn't in a very good mood. I told him what I wanted the main thing was that I already had existing hardwood flooring down and I told him specifically. That I didn't want a transition piece between the old and the new pieces. I wanted it weaved in. He explained that to do it for the foyer would not be an issue because it was going from wood to tile, but in the kitchen since it was already wood that had been laid a year ago he would have to take up part of the existing floor and install new wood to do what I wanted. I told him I didn't care because I hated the look and I would purchase the additional wood. He provided me a quote I compared his quote to the other 2 quotes and decided to go with him even though he seemed young to do this job. but because of the reviews and he really seemed to know what he was talking about I decided to hire him. Stephan and his brother Peter were amazing. They were prompt and on time never late. On there first day they taped and put plastic around the areas they would be working. Whenever I had a question they took time to answer them to my satisfaction. They worked very fast and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Everyone loves my floors and I have recommenced them to several people. I plan on having Stephan come back and do a tile project in my master bathroom. Stay Tuned !!!!

Excellent job. Stepan came to discuss estimate, provided all necessary information, was very knowledgeable, explained different options, discussed pros and cons, provided written estimate. Price was very fair for the high quality work they performed. They were on time, did excellent job, cleaned after work, when new circumstances or questions came up, they asked for my decision and preference. I would highly recommend them.

I want to start out by saying if I can give Stephan 1 million star rating I would. His quality of work and craftsmanship is amazing. I don’t say this lightly, I called Stephan Flooring in an attempt to have repairs done after being burned by a different company. I already knew I was going to be very hyper critical to whoever I hired. I knew within the first 10 minutes of meeting Stephan that he was my man for the job. He came in and he was confident and organized. I knew what he was talking about and offered suggestions. He was willing to take on any challenge I could throw at him and I threw a lot at him. Stephan is trustworthy and we were completely comfortable leaving him in our home while we were out of town to work on our house. Is very punctual and completed all his tasks in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. He’s very responsive and respectful. I have nothing but good things to say about him. Believe me I looked around because I had just been burned and I literally have zero complaints. I can’t believe it myself. I would definitely hire him again in the future and recommend him to anybody that is looking for a reliable flooring company that takes pride in their work.

The work was performed in an excellent manner. Stephan did a great job. He was very neat, cleaned up after work was done. He was very prompt and was always there at the exact time he said. Price was comparable to others but hiring Stephan was definitely the right choice. I would highly recommend and would rehire again if needed

Stephan did a wonderful job on our project. He was easy to contact and arrived promptly for the estimate. He took many measurements and made good recommendations. Stephan started work on the day we agreed to and finished in one week as planned - no delays. His work area was neat and clean at the end of each day. He was professional and hard working. In the end we have a beautiful new stairway that enhances the look and feel of our home. I highly recommend Stephan for this type of work.

It went very well. He arrived on time and finished within the timeline he indicated in his estimate. The refinished floor is beautiful and the stain is an almost perfect match to the adjoining floor that was done some time ago I also had him install quarter round in the room and again he matched the stain to the existing wood trim. I would highly recommend him if you need your floors refinished.
