The reason I'm writing the reivew is I have to hear about the issues with the roof and gutters every day. The gutters have leaked since week one- they ahve been out to "repair" them once immeidately after. My parents have continued to call about issues with the gutters leaking without any response for several years now. The breaking point came after this weekend's rain - the back gutter pulled completely off the house. When another roofer came out to fix (yet again for the 5th time) , we found out that there were not enough attachments on the gutters attaching to the roof. Apparently there is supposed to be attachments every 2 ft on the gutters, my parents had every 5 ft and on the front - every 8 ft where there are leaking issues. The wheelchair ramp at the front of hte house now needs to be replaced as a result of the excessive leaking. My parents are elderly and trustworthy people, I feel they were taken advantage of here - which is very unfortunate.
