I thought it went well overall. For such a large job, I think they did a good job. They did miss some limbs that should have been cut off and they forgot to clean off the deck after they were done.

The people on the phone were courteous and professional. The delivery went according to schedule. The wood was dry and has burned great so far. Last year we ordered cords of wood from two other companies, and one was wet and the other consisted of logs so huge and dense that it was hard to get a fire going easily. This wood is a mix of hard and soft wood, in various sizes, and has been so easy to burn. We will definitely make Peterman's our number one source for wood and we have already recommended them to neighbors.

Left message and they called back the same day, but said that a family member did the firewood and give them a call. I didn't.

They were very good at keeping us informed regarding the delivery date and time. The wood appears to be exceptionally well seasoned and definitely two full cords were delivered.

Diane returned my call the same day I left a message. She was professional and courteous. She delivered the wood the same week - so I was pleased with the arrangement. The cord quantity was good and I needed the wood pieces to be 24" long. I did receive some shorter pieces, but I talked to her about it and she said she would correct it when she brings the second cord that I ordered out to me.

Excellent! Diane Peterman was pleasant and returned phone call promptly. Easy to schedule and arrange delivery. She dumped the firewood in the area that we asked. The price was more than fair, and the quality of the wood was excellent. Aged and cut to the requested size.

This was our first time buying firewood and Diane Peterman was very nice to work with and answered all our questions. We got a mix of wood types, all seasoned. The only blip was their truck broke down, delaying the delivery a couple days, during which time it rained so the wood was wet when we got it. Still burns great, though. We'll use them again next time.

I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM, WERE PROFESSIONAL. PRICES RANGE FROM 19.99-25.00 IN SERVICE FEES. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

VERY GOOD! THEY DELIVERED TWO FULL CORDS, WHICH WAS STACKED IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK SO IT WAS EASY TO SEE THAT WE WERE GETTING, WHAT WE WERE PAYING FOR. THEY DELIVERED EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND CALLED ABOUT 20 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME TO LET US KNOW THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. PAUL IS A QUIET CHARACTER, BUT VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL (THE TRUCK IS A LITTLE FUNKY BUT THEY ARE JUST HAULING FIREWOOD).

WITHIN A WEEK OF CALLING, THEY ARRANGED A DELIVERY DATE AND TIME AND WERE HERE LICKETY SPLIT. THE WOOD BURNS WELL AND SLOWLY.

THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

I HAD TO WAIT QUITE A WHILE BETWEEN THE TIME OF THE ESTIMATE AND THE TIME THE SERVICE WAS PERFORMED. THEY DON'T TELL YOU WHEN THEY'RE COMING OUT, THEY JUST SHOW UP. THE TREE WAS REMOVED FIRST, THEN THEY CAME SEVERAL DAYS LATER TO GRIND THE STUMP.
