I have not been able to get in touch with Air Duct King since the service was performed. John was my service technician. He cleaned my air ducts and my dryer vent. I anyone can let me know how I can get in touch with him, I would appreciate it. text me at 614-271-3223

John, Air Duct King, LLC (614-937-1936) and his apparently fake company is a scammer and total fraud. I was robbed $800 cash for less than an hour worth of work. I made the mistake not be home to inspect the work after he was done. The $800 was supposed to cover all of the returns, both main lines, Cold box and furnace, and sanitation. When I arrived, I could not believe that I had paid $800 for a job my 8 year old niece could have done a better job at. I called him several times and sent picture of the dirty furnace and he never responded to any of them. He literally robbed me. What a shame for someone to claim to be a professional and do this. I could have done the work you performed with my Shop Vac and it would have turned out much cleaner. I even question if all of the protocol to perform the job properly was done. My significant other who was home at the time John did the job only saw him with vacuum smaller than my Shop Vac and gave her a hard time for asking him to remove his shoes or wear shoe covers as we don't wear shoes in the house. The lack of no response from him represents his business and his character, lack thereof I should say. Shameful, despicable. and fraudulent.

After contacting this company via phone call and leaving a voicemail, all further communication was done via text which is unprofessional for a new customer. We schedule a day and time to which he did not show up for nor communicated any delay in service. I reached out to see if there was a delay hours after our scheduled time and still have not received any further communication. This was a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this company.

John was prompt and personable. He was friendly enough to feel that you connected but he didn't waste time. I am not sure if his price overall ended up being the best, but I trusted him to do the best he could.

John was very personable, flexible working around my painter, and accomplished the job quickly. I would have given him 5 stars all around, however a bag of trash, as well as 2 pieces of the humidifier encasement were left on the floor a few feet from the device. When the A/C guys arrived I asked if they were important. They said yes; it keeps the humidifier filter in place. I was not made aware of what these pieces were and almost threw them away. I know he had a personal circumstance in which I was squeezed into his schedule but found this surprising considering he had explained everything else clearly.

I still do not have good heat or cooling flow, but I know the ducts are clear and now must look for another solution to uneven air.
