Air Duct King

Claimed I had mold. Cleaned vent system and installed a UV light. Also claimed he cleaned the dryer vent. My dryer takes 2-3 cycles to dry. It is a new dryer. Also was overcharged for the entire job. $2700 and he was here for just over an hour. He was supposed to show up today to fix the dryer vent but never showed.

I could have used my own shop vac and saved myself the money. There?s was nothing they did that I could not have done. Was not very impressed.

Did an excellent job. They had very few reviews but every review was a five star, so I rolled the dice (they had a special too ) John came out 7 days later. Couldn't be more pleased! You will not be dissatisfied.

John was very amiable . Walked me through the issues and the process for resolving them. No hard sell. Iâ ll be calling on him to fix the rest of the issues with my duct system. His prices were fair.

John did a fine job. On time, excellent quality work and maintained great communication along the way.

John was professional and knowledgeable about my air ducts/furnace and was able to clean out the mold that the home inspectors missed. He stopped periodically to give me updates, which I appreciated since Iâ  m a first time home owner. He even gave me batteries to replace the ones that had exploded in my thermostat. The work conducted by Air Duct King was exceptional! They were prompt arriving, cleaned out our dryer vent system, and then installed a cage over the vent outside. Did a great job cleaning up after the work performed. No more birds getting in our dryer vent. We are very glad about that!!!!!

He showed me where there was some mold growing in some of my ductwork from an old defunct humidifier, that I didn’t even know I had. I purchased the sanitizer spray for main ductwork areas. I didn’t go downstairs when he sprayed the chemical. He really didn’t pressure me, but I went ahead & purchased the UV system for the furnace. Replacement bulbs for life are provided. All I need to do is call him when the bulb burns out.

Communication was great, called ahead to let me know he was coming and was there on time.

Very old home. John was amazing. He called a head and even showed up early once he learned I had to sign on for work. He did an inspection and made suggestions as to what I may need done today in addition to the duct and vent cleaning but did not pressure me to do it today. He have me visuals of what was done today and showed me why I need some other services. I will definitely be calling him back for the other services very soon! Thank you John!
