John responded quickly to my request for air duct cleaning within an hour, provided a rough estimate and we were able to schedule within a day. He arrived promptly and we toured the house to see what needed to be done. My home is a multi level large 104 yr old farmhouse with 2 furnaces. John explained exactly what needed to be done and recommended mold remediation for both furnaces. I was able to follow him around to see exactly what he was seeing as he cleaned out each vent and furnace carefully. He was respectful of my property and my family. I agreed to the mold remediation and the 2 UV lights to prevent further mold. I was not pressured. It made sense since I wondered why I was having some respiratory issues. I had the air ducts cleaned over 10 years ago and it was a different experience as I did not see the guys cleaning out each vent individually. They just had a huge machine outside. John recommended it to be done ever 3-4 years and I would hire him in a heartbeat.

Claimed I had mold. Cleaned vent system and installed a UV light. Also claimed he cleaned the dryer vent. My dryer takes 2-3 cycles to dry. It is a new dryer. Also was overcharged for the entire job. $2700 and he was here for just over an hour. He was supposed to show up today to fix the dryer vent but never showed.

I could have used my own shop vac and saved myself the money. There?s was nothing they did that I could not have done. Was not very impressed.

Did an excellent job. They had very few reviews but every review was a five star, so I rolled the dice (they had a special too ) John came out 7 days later. Couldn't be more pleased! You will not be dissatisfied.

John was very amiable . Walked me through the issues and the process for resolving them. No hard sell. Iâ ll be calling on him to fix the rest of the issues with my duct system. His prices were fair.

He stopped periodically to give me updates, which I appreciated since Iâ  m a first time home owner. He even gave me batteries to replace the ones that had exploded in my thermostat. The work conducted by Air Duct King was exceptional! They were prompt arriving, cleaned out our dryer vent system, and then installed a cage over the vent outside. Did a great job cleaning up after the work performed. No more birds getting in our dryer vent. We are very glad about that!!!!!
