The young man did a nice job in short order once he got here. The challenge was scheduling. The app set us up with a date and time but then on that day he kept pushing back the eta but got us confused with a different customer! He didnâ t come that day at all and we rescheduled - the second appointment date also had a couple of delays but he did finally come.

Matt and his crew were efficient, clean, timely and most importantly did a great job. Based on my experience I would highway recommend them.

They came in. Very timely manner during the holidays and for my fireplace sorted out turned out the directions were wrong and had the connections mixed up in the instructions very nice and good service.
