 + -1 moreDenny was recommended to us by a realtor friend. He is professional, courteous and thorough. He installed a light fixture in the dining room, and the placement is perfect. He also repaired a sink, and installed some hooks in the garage for bikes. We are pleased with the quality of work and the price. We will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Replaced light fixture, repaired caulking around sink, installed hooks in garage.

 + -1 moreI needed a door from the garage to the laundry room installed, and had the provider out to survey the job. He asked me if I was going to get the door or if I wanted him to get it. I had priced doors and said I'd get the door. At that time he seemed in a hurry to leave. I asked what he thought the job might cost. He said he'd work up the price and call. It was at that time I kind of sensed he wasn't interested. If your a handyman, you know how about how much it will cost. My thinking was correct, he never contacted me back.

 + 1 moreDenny saved me a ton of time. The dry wall guys were coming the next day to start putting up the drywall, and Denny made sure the insulation was in place, so I passed my rough in inspection (i.e. insulation inspection).
Description of Work: Denny installed all the kraft faced batt insulation in our kitchen/family/dinning room remodel. He did the exterior walls, and the ceiling.

 + 0 moreThe work went well. The work passed permit inspection. The price was right. Very polite, personable, and nice.
Description of Work: I had a load bearing wall removed and replaced with a beam. A temporary wall was built, the old wall was removed, the beam was built, the beam was installed, and the temporary wall was removed. This was unfinished work, since it was part of a larger kitchen remodel. The work passed permit inspection the next day.
