Excellent. Larry Whited was able to interact on our behalf with the sellers, financial people, etc, and perform virtual walkthroughs for us, that served us to appraise the property. He visited multiple houses for us and with his years of experience was able to give us an accurate appraisal of the relative value of each, that was extremely important in our ability to make a final selection. It should be noted, that webMLS was paid a fee, but that fee was paid by the sellers, not us.

Larry was low pressure and extremely helpful. He made many suggestions on what to do with the house to make it more marketable. When we asked if he could recommend contractors for specific jobs he was able to do so and we were extremely happy with the contractors. The house sold after just two days on the market and then Kathy took over with the closing which went very smoothly even though we had to be out of town on the closing date.
