+ 1 moreEverything went very well and the price was good. They were punctual to the appointment. He estimated the job to take three hours and he was able to finish to job even sooner than expected. He cleaned up well after completing. It was nice to have the fan on the porch this summer. The work turned out great!
Description of Work: They ran an electric line and installed a ceiling fan on my porch out back. They also provided us with an estimate on painting two bedrooms and our great room.

+ 5 moreThe overall project went very well. Mike really knows what he's doing and is a pleasure to work with. His willingness to to do whatever it takes to get the job done and done right is amazing. I am very happy that Mike is in the business that he is in and I will use his company on as many projects as I possibly can.
Description of Work: Mike and his crew framed the entire basement, ran all the electric, did all the plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and obtained all the permits in a basement that I had been hired to remodel. The framing turned out great. The electric consisted of receptacles to code plus a few extras where my client had requested them, recessed can lights throughout, and all the light switches. The plumbing consisted of busting up the concrete to move the drains to accommodate the new bathroom design, new supply lines for the sink, shower, and toilet and installing and connecting the sink, shower, shower fixtures, and toilet. The HVAC consisted of running new supplies and returns throughout. The insulation consisted of insulating all the perimeter walls and using fire-stopping insulation where required by code. The permit obtaining process included all the necessary drawings and saved me a ton of headache and time.
