Description of Work: They removed the old shingles.Fixed the sheeting that needed replaced. Replaced the roof and flashing, added ridge vent and gutter guards. Cleaned up and hauled away the debris.

+ 0 moreMy roof was damaged in a spring storm. Brian came out and gave me an estimate on my roof repair, as well as replacing some gutters that were damaged in the storm. They also gave me an estimate on replacing shutters that were old and damaged. Brian's estimate was very detailed and listed pricing for the roof replacement as well as the other repairs. When I scheduled my replacement, the crews showed up at the appointed time. Everything was completed the same day. They did a great job in cleaning up after the job. I didn't find any debris at all in my yard. My roof looks wonderful & I am very pleased with the service I received. I have recommended Unlimited Home Improvement to my neighbors for their siding & roof replacements.
Description of Work: Replacement of my 3-tab roof with dimensional lifetime warranty shingles. Valley & ridgevents were replaced Replacement of my shutters, replaced with new vinyl shutters. Gutters repaired.
