It took them 2 days to even return my phone call.

Response from U CHOOSE HOME IMPROVEMENTS
Two days to respond to your call on October 8th, 2008 was a great response time, since everyone else was either one week or not at all. This was after hurricane in September when companies were overloaded with calls. I also remember that when I did return the call you were rude to me and told me some other guys in a pick up truck patched roof already. So I apologized to you and told you we were extremely busy. I am sorry I was working from 5am to 11pm everyday to catch up with calls. There was only one perfect man in this world and they hung Him on a Cross! Its also sad because I have hundreds of happy customers and you're not even a customer - you never bought from us.
