The service was good. They treated my lawn.

I Like them very much they're very good, I have them come 5 times a year to maintain my lawn.

Quality – So far, so good. They were prompt. They just give me a day, not a time.

We switched to Scotts from Tru Green 4 or 5 years ago due to terrible service, failure to mmet their service call guarantees and over solicitation for other treatments/services. The first couple of years the service was great and then it went down hill quickly. We had several weed outbreaks and they refused to come and treat before their scheduled treatments and their local customer service representatives are extremely rude; as soon as you complain, they get defensive and nasty, on severl occasions abrubtly hanging up the phone... They have no concept of customer service or what their service guarantees mean ... a number of times they applied applications in downfalls, suggesting the application is good for the yard when we have a hill and it mearly runns off ... Don't waist your money with them, especially since they are now part of TruGreen.

Great when you sign up and the first few years, then our front yard started dying and they didn't comment on this during last few treatments. When we called (multiple times and hard to get to a person) they finally called back and said put some grass seed on it. We think they promised to give us a healthy green lawn and the lack of response is making us look for another company for the 2017 season.

I would say they are okay. They come regularly, probably every couple of weeks. I have had them for years and my grass looks pretty good. Their price is probably average. Their quality is good. We are on a program. You don't know when they are coming. You don't have to be home to have them drop dry fertilizer. They don't tell you when they are coming. Their professionalism is good. I am debating on using them again in the future. They wanted to aerate my yard and overseed for the fall. My front yard looks good and my back yard is about 80-percent concrete. So I have a small patch, 50 x 20 (feet) and another one 50 x 5 feet. That is all the grass I have in that yard. The grass does not grow well in the back yard so I asked them if they would do just the back yard -- just aerate and reseeding it? Well, it was something like $150. But they said for $170 they could do the whole thing and all the grass is in the front. It did not make sense to me.

It is fine. It is okay. It is not, like, that exciting, but they seem to get the job done. We did look at other companies and they were competitive. Again, our experiences with other companies was worse. TruGreen is fine, I am just don't feel bonded with them at all. They do what they are supposed to do and give you the notification of what they have done; that's all good. They call, confirm and all that stuff. I think it is $50-something per visit.

They were very consistent coming out. I just had questions and issues and I would have liked a better follow up on those items. They performed their regular visits, but I didn't like their responsiveness because they didn't follow up. They came on their own schedule when they needed to.

They do pretty good work. I had some problems with their punctuality.

I think it was an annual cost and it was around $250 for the entire year. I think they could be a little more cost-effective from that perspective and the other thing is in looking at the weed grow. I have to prompt them to look at that and they tell me that they can do that and they send somebody back.

For lawn services, I use Scotts LawnService. The cost depends.

They are always very efficient. They provide you with a plan for their applications for the entire season and offer a 5% discount if you pay in advance (we don't do this). The price is always as quoted and our lawn looks great.

My lawn looked great for the season. No real issues. I was notified prior to them performing the service.

While the cost of the services provided by Scotts has been higher than other lawn services that I have used over the past 30 years, the results are demonstratively superior. There are noticeable lines of demarcation between my lawn and the neighbors on each side. My lawn appears much greener, thicker and healthier. Weeds are rare and addressed by Scotts when they visit. With some of the previous lawn services that I tried in the past, the best evidence of their visits were just their bills hung on my door.

First visit they put fertilizer down but forgot to spray for weeds. Called them to come back out, they came back and sprayed for weeds but 1.5 weeks later the weeds showed no sign of being affected or killed. I contacted them and they returned for a 3rd time and applied weed killer but again after 1.5 weeks there was no sign of weeds being killer. So after 3 strikes I called and cancelled the service

I used this company for 2 or 3yrs and finally got tired of shoddy service. They would spray where they shouldn't spray (by the pool) and didn't spray where they should (outside the fence perimeter). Their employees are not at all knowledgible as they can't answer many questions and they could care less about customer service.

The staff are always wonderful. They do what they have to do and than they leave. They left the area how they found it. They are reliable and my neighbors started to use them because my lawn always looks good.

I didn’t think the price was bad and they used good products. Originally, the price was higher, but after I told them I have a coupon, they honored it.

Trugreen applied a treatment when service had been cancelled. sent me a bill. said they would only charge me half the bill. I protested . Do not think I should have to pay for a service I had already cancelled.

The fertilizers were fine but when it came to the weed removal -- we called them and the yard went from being fine to being burnt up in 2 years. We asked for weed removal both years and the weeds came back even though the weather turned hot. The first round of fertilizer wasn't efficient and the weeds came back. I feel like they didn't do the service I requested.

Easy scheduling - they have me on their schedule and let me know ahead of time that they have me on the schedule. They come out, and leave a bill & a note that they conducted the service. I'm not always convinced that I need as much fertilization as they have given me -- I reduced the number of times they come out over the years.

We scheduled the appointment 2 weeks ago and they didn't show up or call me. Then, he calls me last night, trying to sell me on more services when they didn't even perform the service I wanted in the first place. Their price is also high.

They do not come when they say they will. You never know when they are coming. There are still some bad spots in our lawn. Their pricing is alright. My husband wants to get rid of them.

Our yard looks great. It was awful before and was full of dandelions and our grass was not healthy and wonderful. I think this is the third year that we have used them. We had them do the emerald ash pore treatment on our ash trees and so far they are not showing signs of the disease while others in our neighborhood are dying. They only do the trees if you request it.

Scott Lawn service company was hired by a neighbor to treat a small patch of grass in the area. The rep. sprayed the entire lawn around the house next door - the wrong location - without consulting the neighbor. Our windows are closed and the smell outside is terrible. The grandchildren visiting next door are stuck in the house. The employee's action was irresponsible and wasteful. No, we are not happy about the "free" service, one which we would never consider using in the first place.
