Description of Work: Complete new furnace and AC systems. I compared 4 HVAC companies to replace our 20 year old units. Jonlee/Tri County was the best price and offered the most energy efficient equipment for the money. They modified our ductwork even though the old system seemed to be performing okay. We are very pleased with all the results. They were prompt and professional in every way. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreINSTALLATION TEAM OF 2, ONE TECH WORKED ON THE OUTSIDE UNIT, AND THE OTHER TECH WORKED ON THE INSIDE UNIT. I APPRECIATED THAT THE OUTSIDE UNIT TECHNICIAN MENTIONED TO ME THAT THE OLD OUTSIDE UNIT APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN KNOCKED OVER SOMETIME IN THE PAST (I HAVE LIVED AT MY CONDO ONLY FOR 5 YEARS), AS A RESULT THAT GAVE ME THE IDEA TO PUT A LOW FENCE AROUND THE NEW UNIT TO PROTECT IT AGAINST BEING KNOCKED OVER BY THE LAWN CARE PEOPLE WHILE MOWING. ADDITIONALLY I APPRECIATE THAT THE INSIDE UNIT TECHNICIAN MARKED ON IT WHICH DIRECTION THE FILTER SHOULD GO TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR ME TO REMEMBER.

+ -1 moreI WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THIS COMPANY DID. THE CREW WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT (NO-NONSENSE), QUIET AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE FIRST QUESTION THEY ASKED ME WAS WHETHER WE HAD ANY ANIMALS THAT THEY HAD TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT LETTING OUTSIDE. AND AS FAR AS WE COULD TELL, NONE OF THEM SMOKED--CERTAINLY NO ONE SMOKED IN OR AROUND OUR HOUSE. WHEN I HAD A CONCERN ABOUT A KNOCKING NOISE WE HEARD WHILE RUNNING THE A/C OVERNIGHT (THE JOB TOOK A DAY AND A HALF TO FINISH), THEY INVESTIGATED THIS THOROUGHLY AND CORRECTED IT COMPLETELY. THEY TOOK EXTRA CARE TO VENT THE FURNACE AS I PREFERRED, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS AN EASIER ALTERNATIVE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. MY WIFE AND I DEBATED WHETHER TO HIRE TRI-COUNTY, BECAUSE ITS BID WAS SUBSTANTIALLY LESS THAN THE OTHER COMPARABLE PROPOSAL WE RECEIVED, AND I AM A BELIEVER IN THE ''YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR'' PHILOSOPHY; BUT WE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE.
