Angi Roofing did the whole job in one day and did great work. I recommend them for all my family and friends. I especially liked the warranty and payment options they offered. Vinzel Mead was very nice and professional.

I used another company 4 years ago and had a horrible experience. Dillon Bell came and inspected my roof and found several areas in need of repair. I'm currently trying to get in touch with the old company and if that doesn't work I will definitely be calling Dillon Bell and Angi Roofing to help out. Not only was my experience with the sales staff and installers excellent as my roof was being installed, the customer service continued when I had problems with another company who installed my gutter system. It was Dillon Bell, sales rep for Angi's roofing, who went the extra mile and got me information that I needed to work with this other company. Thank you, Dillon! We met with Greg Luebbe and went over our estimate and picked out shingles. He was a super nice guy and very professional in explaining how the process would go and explaining to us about the materials used. Our roof was installed within one week. The workers were very efficient, and the quality of their work was excellent. Their cleanup was exceptional. The supervisor, Blake, was also excellent. He came back a few times during the process and kept us well informed. Overall, excellent service.

Dillon Bell did an excellent job helping me select the best roof color and shingles. My roof was 17 yrs old and was not going to last through the upcoming rain and storms. The no worries warranty is excellent. Dillon Bell was able to find me affordable financing that fit my budget.

THR was fantastic to work with. Joe G. worked with adjuster on the claim, initially it was denied, then Joe worked with the Supplemental Team to refile the claim getting it approved. I have had multiple large projects completed for my home and in each experience Iâ ve taken away some not so good or pleasant things, however with THR I must say every component of this process was enjoyable from start to finish. Greg arrived for our estimate and immediately set us at ease, listening to what our wants and needs were instead of talking non stop and pushing products and speeches that often times run over the customer needs and interests, thus the personal touch and interaction goes far beyond anything else I have experienced. Matthew the team lead was incredible! Always available when I had questions via talk or text, and he himself personally reached out to me daily to assure things were running smoothly and I was satisfied with every step of the process. In todays world many companies are not in it for the customer, and everyone is trying to make a quick buck or commission check. NOT THESE GUYS. Greg and Matthew both also provided me with great insight to some leads for other projects such as gutters and siding which has also lead to finding an amazing gutter company. The pricing for our new shingle roof â summer harvestâ which is gorgeous! By the way! Was more than fair. Matthew came after the job was complete to thoroughly inspect the roof and around the house, cleaning up whatever small pieces of debris may had been left over, and also came inside to be sure all the banging did not disrupt any of the structure inside our home. He was more than happy to be sure we didnâ t need any reimbursement for even the slightest mishap and was a complete professional. At the end of this project I feel as though not only do I have a new roof, but I now have 2 solid contractors on my home improvement team who I could call, text or email at any given moment should I have questions about my roof, or any other project. Total Home Roofing gets my gold medal! Thanks guys! ð

We highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. Our old slate roof was beautiful but costly to maintain. We liked Greg's presentation, product and warranty, and decided to replace our roof with shingles. The crew has been excellent and we are pleased with the result. The Quarry Gray looks great with our brick and trim color! Greg made multiple visits throughout the process and to check on the build itself. Five stars!

I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!

We worked with Greg Luebbe at Total Home Roofing. He inspected our roof and pointed out a few issues with our gutter system and some flashing we were not aware of. He walked us through the process from the building materials all the way to picking a few colors that would look good on our house. We were very impressed with the quality, price, warranty, and professionalism from Total Home Roofing. We can't wait to get our new roof!

I hired Total Home as one of the owners sons went to same school as mine and we were just entering pandemic. They were not cheapest but not most expensive. I had a leak in foyer but decided to replace whole roof. Consultation was great. Came back out to add on 3 skylights in the upstairs attic room. Back and forth about which vent to use and would use of one or other void warranty. Downhill from there. Crew showed up to work. They did not have the skylight nor did they know about. They did not have the box vents. They walked on my patio enclosure roof which is not made to support walking weight. It is now leaking. They used a leaf blower to blow materials off the patio roof and made a huge pile of pine needles and debris that became too heavy to blow. So they just left it there. On all corners of the roof they did not have the drip edge covering all the wood it is supposed to protect. At my roof peak they did not mitre the flashing like all the Owens Corning pictures on instalation I found. They just overlapped and trimmed it off very jagged. They came back to fix and just fixed 1 thing. I sent them all the pictures and a list of each item. Every time they would come back and just fix the next thing on the list and say they were done. This went on until finally an owner came out with Crew chief. Thought we finally had it. Nope. More of the same. All the while Florida Accounting (Where the main company is located) keeps calling me asking me to finalize the bill. I said if you can ever get them to finish. Did not hear from anyone for a while. Then accounting would call me once a week. They finally got someone out as one day some materials were dropped off on my side hill. No one ever came back. Accounting kept calling. I finally (after over a year) said why don't you just knock something off the price and I will get someone else to finish it. They gave the discount and I paid them. About a week later my seam started leaking on patio room they walked on. Do not use unless you have time to babysit them. Also just found water bottles they threw in and nails they spilled into my roof wear they repaired the leak in roof. We pulled the damaged ceiling down from inside. Removed the insulation and their plastic water bottles and about 75 nails with green plastic washers fell out. Would not recommend.

Proceed at your own risk. I would give them a 0 if I could. I communicated with a project manager immediately to indicate my dissatisfaction with the roofing job. They damaged my shrubbery, dented my aluminum siding at the roof line, removed my security light and did not replace it, covered the outside roof vent to my bathroom fan so hot, moist air is getting into my walls and causing bathroom ceiling paint to peel, yard never swept for nails, debris is still on top of my front step overhang, and there are issues with the flashing. In addition, it appears that someone was working from the top up and another worker from the top down and they met in the middle and applied a 2-2 1/2 inch strip of roofing material, there was no one on site that I could communicate with because of a language barrier, the shingles in some areas are laid in such a manner that they appear to have a wavy pattern. I was told that is because I have architectural shingles!!!!! I have communicated with the project manager by email and phone. He told me that he had contacted the corporate offices, yet to date, I have not heard from anyone. He told me he would get back to me as soon as he heard something. I want this entire roof removed so I can have some one else do a quality job. My roof looks like it was done by someone in a truck that offered to do the roofing job for $2000, which is not the case. A roofing job should enhance the value of a home, not decrease it is value.
