Shaun and his crew showed up early - stripped the roof in an hour and had it ready for shingles in about 2 hours. Completed the roof and cleaned up and done in about 6 hours. Highly recommended, very professional, great workmanship.

I can’t imagine that a better roofer exists anywhere!! If I wanted to design the perfect roofing company, I think it would end up being Titan Siding and Roofing!! They are very professional, yet friendly/personable (especially Randy and Shawn). They’re great at communicating, use top quality materials and crews, are prompt and efficient. They did a great job protecting our landscaping and outdoor furniture from damage and cleaned up after each of the two days it took to complete the roof. The end result is a great looking, long-lasting, leakproof roof. When they were tearing off the old roof, the wind caught a shingle and blew it against a window, badly scratching it. They apologized repeatedly, even though it was out of their control, and told me to have it replaced and send the bill to them. They sent a check promptly (and, again, apologized for the inconvenience). I almost forgot... I got five bids for the job and theirs was the lowest, so I’m quite confident that they are very price competitive. I got the best quality for the lowest price. Pretty hard to top that!! I have already recommended them to several people and will recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of replacing their roof.

Titan Roofing did a phenomenal job on removing the old roof and replacing it with Owens Corning Shingles. My experience was professional and top notch from the time I initially met with Randy to discuss process, materials, etc. to the day(s) the roof was laid. During the initial meeting, I had a lot of questions and Randy was happy to answer all of my questions. Once the team arrived, they got busy right away and you could tell this team had been together for awhile. Everyone knew their job, did fantastic work and a thorough clean-up. These guys worked hard! I never thought of a roof adding to the beauty of a home but ours sure does. More importantly, I feel confident in Titan's ownership and quality of labor that I know our roof will last for many years. I would recommend Titan Roofing over anyone!

I hired Titan Roofing and Siding ~ Randy the co-owner responded to my request and arrived the following morning. He had with him roof measurements and product samples ~ I asked him for several references and he sent me over 7 ~ I went to all of the houses and the job's looked perfect. The price was very competitive using the same materials other vendors specified. After looking at the reference properties I hired Titan, They originally told me they were 2.5 weeks behind. About a week later I was called and a scheduled job needed to be moved so they asked if they could do my roof early. I approved ~ They showed up at 7am ~ had the old roof off by 8am ~ had the roof under seal by 10:30 and started the shingles shortly afterwards. The crews were very respectful of all our property ~ they covered everything ~ after the job was finished they spent nearly an hour with a six member team cleaning the entire yard. Their attention to detail was amazing ~ their work is unmatched and their ethics an integrity are beyond measure. They do what they say when they say it ~ Truly refreshing to work with Titan ~ I'll be calling them for Siding and Windows Soon....

These guys were great! They completely replaced my roof, siding, shutters, and gutters in the middle of winter (a cold, wet February!). My home is now the prettiest home on the block and I am confident the equity value went up substantially, too. Thanks Titian.

Very pleased with this choice. Very professional in all aspects from initial estimate to replacement. Did my entire roof including stripping of all old roofing down to decking in one day Roof was just over 39 squares of shingles. They were very responsive to questions before and during the job. Their pricing was the in line with as two other contractor's quotes.

Titan Siding and Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. Their customer service was great from start to finish. They answered all my questions and went the extra mile when I came back to them to ask about an extended transferrable warranty. The installation team worked like a well-oiled machine and the supervisor was there to make sure the work was done correctly.

We are happy with outcome and price for value was very fair. Would recommend.

After picking out the shingles I only had to wait one week for it to be put on and I'm very happy with it. I would highly recommend Titan roofing to anybody and plan on using them for future projects.

Titan has done the roof on multiple homes for us. We've referred multiple friends and clients. I've never had a call back from anyone that they have done the work for. Every job has been clean and done in a timely manner. We're going to miss these guys when we move to Florida. It's hard to find a company that has great customer service and crews that pay attention to detail.

Randy was great when he first came to do an inspection of the roof, but when we asked for a revised proposal with clear language about Product Descriptions/Manufacturer, things went a little south, and Randy "declined moving forward with the job".

Company was very professional, work went as planned and cost was as agreed. Randy was very honest and easy to work with. I thought that we would need our gutters replaced and was ready to have that quoted as well. Randy explained that my gutters were fine, it was the materials used incorrectly on my prior roof that made the differences. He could have easily upsold me as I thought there was an issue. Financing was easy, price was comparable and reasonable. Work was done quickly and clean up was very thorough. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Shawn came the morning I called and immediately began inspecting outside, then inside attic, taking pictures and explaining what he was finding. We had leftover shingles in the garage, so he was able to fix the problem right away (before the afternoon rain set in!) Would absolutely use Titan again and recommend to others.

It's been about a year since we had the work done and everything continues to look and perform perfectly. I enjoyed working with Mathew and his crew. Found them very professional and helpful. Kept us informed through entire process. Got the work done on time and cleaned up nicely. Also flexible. Having watched other roofs go up around my neighborhood I was impressed with Titan's efficiency. I took 5 or 6 bids and Titan was the most competitive. Overall they were terrific.

Titan was great at communicating and very thorough. Worked with my insurance company on my behalf to get approval for roof replacement. They did the job quickly, looked great, fair prices.

I could not be happier. They were on the jobsite when they said they would be and left it clean and without debris. For a very nominal charge they installed a bath exhaust fan vent in the roof that was not part of the orginal contract. I highly recommend Titan Siding and Roofing.

The sales staff was excellent answering all of our questions and providing the best pricing possible. The crew was punctual and efficient, completing our roof within one day. I found this company on the list and contacted them at 0715 on Thursday 10/29/15. By that afternoon Brian had stopped by our residence and had given us an estimate. We decided to go with their number and signed a Contract that evening. Brian texted me on Monday and advised that they had our project scheduled for Tuesday, November 3rd. Carlos and his crew arrived on time and started straight away. They tore the roof off, fixed a few jacked up boards and had the shingles reinstalled the same day. They painted the flashing, installed a ridge vent and cleaned up some cables. They were gone before I had returned home from work that afternoon. I met Brian onsite to do a walk through. Everything looked great. They left a trailer full of garbage in the driveway and some other debris laying around. Brian said they would return the next day and clean it up. He told me I didn't have to pay them until the job was done. I went ahead and remitted the final payment on the spot because I knew he was going to be back the next day to pick the garbage up. I was right. They returned and retrieved the left over debris as promised. I am a contractor in a different industry. I would happily use this Company's ethics, attention to detail and performance as an example to my employees as "how to do a job right". I will be using them for a siding project in a few weeks.

It went great. They were very helpful throughout the process. They removed the old roof and installed the new one in one day and left the yard clean. A few days later they were back to do the gutters just like we had planned. Everything went great. We would definitely recommend Titan to anyone looking to do improvements to the exterior of their home.
