Looked at many, including one always on TV, and believe Titan best long term value and service. They did everything agreed to (roof and gutters). Came back and addressed any concerns without question. Brian and Shawn were professional and personable. I've dealt with many home construction subs, and Titan is one of if not the best!

Titan was one of four estimates I requested from Home Advisor Pros. All responded within 10 days. Randy was one of the two who came personally to take pics & measurements; coming from another job. Provided folders of info about the company & samples & colors of the shingles. Left the written est on the spot. After reviewing the estimates & watching videos of the installation, I selected Titan. Installed in one day with efficient crew & supervisor. Happy with the results. Highly Recommended.

Randy Wolf is one of the owners. We had 5 estimates. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. He personally came out and gave me the estimate and had examples of everything and left them for us to go over. His presentation sold me. They completed the job with 4 to 5 hours. He came back 2 days later to check out the job and that's when we paid him. A couple pieces of debris were left from old roof, otherwise it was spotless. Thank you Randy and team! Highly recommended. Great Service and a really great guy!

Titan Siding and Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. Their customer service was great from start to finish. They answered all my questions and went the extra mile when I came back to them to ask about an extended transferrable warranty. The installation team worked like a well-oiled machine and the supervisor was there to make sure the work was done correctly.

My wife and I had signed a contract with another company the end of August 2018, they required half down. If this sound familiar you know the company then. We were told 6 to 8 weeks..... to make a long story short after 22 weeks and still no roof I canceled they contract and received a refund. I contacted Titan Roofing the early January 2019, they call right back and set appointment. Gave us the proposal and decided to hire them, signed a contract a week later. The end of February we received an email with the date and time of the installation. At 7:00 am sharp the first of the crew was on the site, the entire crew was on site and preparing by 7:30 am. From stripping of the old and completion down to the step flashing the last of the crew was pulling out by 12:30pm. I cannot express how HAPPY we are in all aspects of the process. It is amazing how the first company could not deliver what Titan Roofing has delivered. I highly recommend this company, they were straight forward, up front and honest about what, when and where on the roofing process. EXCELLENT JOB!!! My brother in law was fooled by the first company also, he is set to have Titan Roofing come out with his proposal.

Professional and high quality work.

They came when they were supposed to cleaned up after they were through with the siding. Good deal on pricing owner came by to make sure we were satisfied when the work was completed

HA first timer. Titan called me less than 10 minutes from my initial inquiry. Had an appt scheduled for the next Sat am to look at the roof. Matthew Brown was prompt. His info packet had everything, down to the company's insurance carrier. The process worked exactly as he said. We were put on the schedule, and a quick schedule at that. There was a slight delay due to a prior site's requirements, and then weather. Two days's worth of work, and we have a new roof and color matched gutters. Matthew provided pictures of the work as it was going on. The roof looks great, a price we could afford, and constant contact throughout the process.

Discovered roof leak in the morning. Opened HA Project. Titan Roofing was the first to contact me. When I explained the situation, was told that they had a service person in my area who could stop by today after his current appointment. Shawn quickly fixed the ridge vent leak at no charge. Estimate to replace the old vent was very reasonable. We have scheduled the vent replacement.

They knew what they were doing and worked together as a team; really accomplished what I expected. Matthew Brown put the previous roof on when his father was in the roofing business. His family lived next door when Matthew was a youngster.

I enjoyed working with Brian, who was very professional and very friendly. The crew was helpful and organized and cleaned up quickly once the work was completed.
