Very easy to work with and friendly, highly recommend them.

They were on time, on budget, and did a great job. For a nominal charge the installed a roof exhaust vent that was not part of the original contract. I highly recommend this company.

They arrived early to completely replace the aluminum siding with vinyl siding and completed the job by the end of the day. This includes the clean up and walk around the house to ensure everything was completed as we had requested. I saw them take a break once during the day to eat lunch but after eating they continued to work until the job was completed. Doug came back to my home the next day to ensure that we were satisfied with the siding replacement (this included him walking around the house to ensure there were no nails or debris left in our yard), before we made our final payment!!! The cost was very reasonable and I would recommend them to all of my friend and family!

We were in the hospital on a Saturday, when a neighbor notified us of the severe wind damage to our roof. I called 6 roofing companies that day, and Titan was the only one to call back within 24 hours. When they met me the following Monday to look at the house, they had a full packet providing their certification, and provided a quote within a 1/2 hour. They provided a competitive estimate, that included recommendation of a heavier shingle, that would minimize the chance of this type of damage in the future. They came out when the insurance adjuster inspected the roof, and helped to explain the process with me on the interaction between the insurance company and Titan, helping to address some of the question that I had. We were still in the hospital with my son when they came and completed the work, and it looks great. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and service that I received from Titan. I would, and have, recommended them to others.

Titan and its CEO Randy Wolf responded very promptly. They provided appropriate company paperwork (insurance and workmens comp coverage) without having to ask. They were very flexible in scheduling. Work to be completed but I have no doubt it will be done professionally.

Great communication and they did a great job on cleanup as well it was hard to tell that they had even been here it was so clean.

Titan Siding and Roofing came out right away to look at my roof because I had storm damage. I also spoke with 2 other big name roofing companies and it took them a week to come out. Titan were very professional. They were concerned with my needs as a home owner with the storm damage I had.
