Shawn call back, and was professional and very curtious, job was small he completed and when ask for the bill he said dont worry and it was complemntary to my surprise this kind of company existed in todays world, very nice people highly recomended

Great experience. Roof was leaking and they got me in the schedule quick. The estimate is exactly what I paid and it was lower than the others I got but Titan did more work in there estimate. Didn’t pay till it was done and Matthew was great through out the process w/ texts and pictures to keep me up to date. They had it done in one day it was fantastic and looks great!

We signed our contract with Randy. The installer was professional and worked very hard, however, their was a miscommunication in the work to be performed between Randy and the installer so they have to come back to install the gutter guards as he wasn't told on the work order that we ordered them.

They worked with me on my siding. They were great. They went above what they needed to do. I would recommend them to anyone,.

Everything about my experience with Titan Roofing was outstanding. The communication with the owner was exceptional . The team was on site on time and completed the roofing project in amazing time. The team was respectful of my property and that of my neighbors. I saw the owner personally check every aspect of the finished project, picking up any remaining pieces of material and even using the blower himself to make sure that my property was ready. This is what customer service should be like. I recommend Titan without hesitation.

Randy at TItan Siding was very professional. He walked me through the details of the quote and the roof system, how long the job would take and what to expect during the installation. His team replaced my roof in one day and they cleaned up the debris. They also installed gutter covers. I would hire Titan Siding again.

We liked the proposal in that we were not forced to think that we need our roof replaced immediately. The price was in line with our expectations. We had an on site project manager through the entire process who addressed every concern and/or question. The roofing crew did an excellent job. Cleanup was done with care keeping our landscape in good shape after the project's completion. Sean was at the site daily as project manager and Randy and Tony (Titan's management) either came daily or kept in constant contact with Sean so that we felt Titan followed through on everything that was explained to us initially. We also felt that if we have any concerns or problems in the future Titan will be there to address those concerns or problems.

They were very professional, excellent job explaining the company, their proposal, materials used, very detailed on what would be done during the installation of our new roof. Was impressed with the materials the company uses. Our new roof is beautiful, did a good job on clean up, made sure our roof was done right!

Shawn came out and fixed my problem quickly and professionally. When we are ready to have more work done titan will be the one to do the work.

They did a great job with the quote, explaining what they would do, and then doing it. They weren't the cheapest, but they were the best value, given the strength of the guarantee.

They helped me reset a sprung skylight without additional charge and they did a very through job cleaning up.
