I do not have any dislikes. They are very thorough and very nice to work with. They generally stay about an hour and there are 4 of them.

The servie was quite good. Four people came out and it took them one and a half hours to complete the work. I would say they are good and reliable. Everything looked okay when they were done.

I never had a complaint about them. They are thorough, honest, and they just do a really great job cleaning.

My experience went excellently. The staff was very professional and friendly. They did a great job with the cleanup. The pricing was reasonable. I was pleased with outcome of the service and would recommend this company to others.

Their prices that I was quoted are too high. The people working there nice, polite, and helpful. It just wasn't in my ballpark. Kelly, who answered the phone, was helpful in explaining how they work but they are too expensive.

They do a really good job and overall, I am quite happy with their quality of service. They have been very responsive when I have had questions or concerns.

They come with a team of 3 or 4, so they can be done in an hour. They do not tie up an entire day They always call to remind me when they are coming and always come when they say they will.

They wanted $210 for the first clean and $159 for every other week. They were polite, nice and showed up on time. They gave me a detailed list of what they would do. They gave me strange rules for their cleaning and ala carte costs. They do up dusting one week and down dusting on the other. They had the 12 item move. If there were more than 12 items, they would simply clean around them instead of removing them. I felt it would cost more for what I wanted. It was very strange. He was polite, courteous and very nice. It was a little overwhelming with them. He was very good and my experience with him was great but what he brought with him was not great. I would probably not go with them.

The interaction has been very pleasant and I haven't had any problems. I am very happy with them. I think they do a pretty good job cleaning each time.

The workers did not come at one time. When they did show up it was late in the afternoon, and they were all tired. The company had a gal call me to try to get me to use their service again.

The entire process was excellent! Rhonda came and gave us a bid based on how much time she estimated the job would take to complete. She also explained how they would work as a team. Her team cleaned the entire house in an extremely efficient manner. They did a great job! We will definitely have them back.

Need to be monitored regarding dusting, otherwise it is not done thoroughly (not all surfaces). Workers with good attitude and reliable. Overall, good job.

The cleaning crew does a thorough job each time they come to the house. They are professional & trustworthy. The office staff is courteous & professional when I need to contact them.

THE FIRST CLEANING WAS VERY WELL DONE, BUT COST A LOT OF MONEY, OVER $300. THE SECOND AND THIRD TIME WERE LESS SATISFACTORY. I LEARNED THE CLEANING PERSONNEL ARE ON A TIME LIMIT. AS A RESULT, THEY ARE HURRIED AND EVEN RUN OUT OF TIME TO FINISH. I WAS TOLD MY JOB WAS NOT ESTIMATED ACCURATELY AND MY COST WOULD INCREASE. I THOUGHT IT WAS EXPENSIVE ALREADY. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.

THEIR MANAGEMENT IS NASTY AND DISCOURTEOUS. THEY WOULD TRY TO CHANGE THE SCHEDULING OFTEN WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR THEM. I ALWAYS ACCOMMODATED THEM. THE ONE TIME I NEEDED THEM TO MAKE A SCHEDULING CHANGE FOR ME, THEY REFUSED. THIS PRICE WAS PER PERSON, PER HOUR. THEY NEVER SENT OUT THE SAME AMOUNT OF PEOPLE. AFTER TELLING THE OWNER THIS CONCERN, SHE DID MAKE IT RIGHT BY SETTING A FIXED PRICE FOR ME.
