Description of Work: I was over=charged the first two cleanings. Was told I would get money back. I was credited for one over charge and was told I would get a check for other one because they did not know how to do it through my credit card. Never received check. Cancelled service

 + -1 moreThe Cleaning Authority cleans my home every other week. Overall, they do a decent job, but the quality is spotty and I'm not sure the price is worth the service. I really wanted a cleaning service to maintain my bathrooms with a whole home vacuum / mop, but they keep adding "rotations" to the cycle and it's up to once every 8-weeks that they perform a detailed clean of the bathroom. I have tried to get them to only do the bathroom rotation, but despite calling this doesn't seem to change. One of my biggest pet pevs is the damage the cause to the house. We recently had the entire first floor remodeled, so all the trim was freshly painted and we don't have kids. Most of our base boards are full of scuff marks up and down which can only be from their vacuums. In their rush to get in and out quickly to maximize how many houses they can clean in a day they don't take care not to damage my house. They don't steal, they show up on time, and they are responsive when I call. I have had them back to reclean a few times, but it seems like they only do their best job if the manager shows up. If you just need someone to help keep your house picked up and vacuum this company is pretty good and not outrageously expensive. If you are looking someone to clean your house as good as your mother, I would pass.

 + -1 moreI liked that they had green cleaning products, but I did not like the way they cleaned. I felt that I could have cleaned better. Sometimes they left their cleaning cloths behind. I wasn't satisfied with the overall job that they did. I enjoyed the owner. The owner was very professional and helpful. I never met the cleaners, but my husband did. He said that they always seemed in a hurry and had other houses to clean. He wasn't very impressed with the actual cleaning people. This was the first time we used a cleaning company, so I had higher expectations and thought that my house would be really clean.
Description of Work: I used The Cleaning Authority. They cleaned my entire house. I have 10 or 11 rooms.
