The Clean Team

They came out and gave an estimate. They had an extra $25 fee for the first time (totally worth it and understandable as they had to get it to a baseline of clean). They were professional and all worked out great. Like I told them, they did more than I expected and it was better than I had hoped.

They did a beautiful job. I love the new technology they used for cleaning carpets/furniture. Did not take long to dry, smelled wonderful afterwards, and was efficiently completed. No hoses from a van, no soaked carpets from cleaner. It was great. Two people arrived and did the job better than expected. So glad we found them on Angie's List!

They come regularly. They just gave a good presentation and so far I have been happy with their cleaning. I chose them over the others because of their price.

I was not happy with them at all. The first time wasn't too bad, though I had to ask them several times about a couple of things I wanted done. Eventually I had to get a sponge and walk to the spot and show them myself because one of them was saying they had already done it and that the dirt just didn't come off (they hadn't and it did). I got the sense that they have their own system of what and how they clean and that's all they're going to do. It doesn't matter what else needs doing or what you want done. If you're willing to go behind them and take care of the detail or and quot;once in a whileand quot; stuff yourself, then by all means hire them. If you expect someone to use their eyes and see what needs to be done and take care of it or to honor what you request, then forget it! I also felt their communication was sorely lacking. Most of the time they ignored what I said anyway. For example, I have pets and the hair is a lot so it gathers along edges of the carpets where it meets the walls. I asked them to be sure to use the crevice tool and vacuum along the edges because the vacuum cleaner doesn't get to the edge. Again, unless I put the crevice tool on the vacuum cleaner, put it into their hands and stood them in front of the hair I could see, it never got done. They were also terrible about communicating scheduling. I never knew when to expect them and it was always short, if any, notice. So, I was sort of happy when a new person came along who wasn't the main 2 ladies thinking maybe the new person would be an improvement. Oy! I found myself wishing for the original 2 ladies. The and quot;alternatesand quot; turned out to just be friends of the original ladies who didn't know a thing about cleaning. I also asked them every visit to be sure to dust the ceiling fan. They never did it. I would never use the Clean Team again.

Jamie is wonderful! She is detail oriented, thorough, and always does quality work. I couldn't manage full-time work, 2 kids, and grad school without her.
