Stampers Blinds Gallery

We bought new blinds for our house and hired Stampers after viewing them on Angie's List and visiting their showroom. We found them easy to work with and friendly. At no time did we feel pressured to buy anything or make a decision quickly. The entire process, from in-home consultation to installation went well. Once we ordered the blinds we had them installed in about three weeks. Three of the woven wood blinds had manufacturing defects (Hunter Douglas issue, not Stampers' issue) so Stampers ordered new parts for them. They installed the new parts when they came in - no charge to us for any of it.

Everything went perfectly. The company couldn't have been easier to work with. They were both straight-forward about all their services and were very punctual for both the estimate and installation. My wife and I loved them and will use again in the future.

I have been involved in a remodel project for the last two months. Dealing with Stampers has been the best part of the entire project. Their showroom made the decisions easy. They arrived on time. They were installed quickly and look great. What a pleasure to deal with this company. I used to purchase and hang my own blinds but never again. This was completely right the first try.

Ed Stamper was very helpful and very patient while I decided on which blinds to order. He was on time and professional. The installer was actually a little early and very helpful. He was done in no time. I love my blinds!

They were very good. They were responsive. They were of good quality. They follow up with something that wasn't right. They were on time. We got the order in less time than what they said.

They provided excellent service. Had Hunter Douglas blinds and a vertical drapery installed. Called the company during the Home and Garden show which they were attending, but they made an effort to come out to give me an estimate. I did not attend the home and garden show but needed something for my patio door since the vertical blind was over 25 years old and the cord was fraying. We did have some issues with attempting to find something that would fit my size windows in the particular style I wanted but the manager of the West Chester store, Mike, made every effort to work with me. Placed the order that evening and was told the blinds should arrive in 2 or 3 weeks. Received a call approximately 2 weeks later to set up an installation date and time. On installation day, two gentlemen arrived exactly on time. They were professional and friendly and had the blinds installed in less than 2 hours. Since there is a rebate involved and the original quote and invoice were emailed to me due to changes that had to be made, Stamper's sent me another paid invoice so I could make a submission for the rebate. The blinds and vertical drapes are great and make the rooms more enjoyable to be in.

It was a really good experience! They just came over and did the measurement. Its not a really long wait time. They installed all the shades for me. The first time I did not do all the shades but they had good colours so I will go back a second time. Their product is really expensive so I think it's a fair price. I cannot get any other company with that price.

All contact was through the Florence, KY office. Very professional, arrived on time. Order arrived in time stated, and installer was fast, courteous and knowledgeable.

Stamper's Blind Gallery was great,starting with showing us the many different options to choose from in their store (lots of samples to look at). Ed came with books to the house and helped us pick the right kind and color of blinds. The blinds came when scheduled and Ed's son-in-law installed them. Very good experience and very happy.

Great service from start to finish. Ed has so much patience. There are hundreds of samples to go through and decide which to use. He made excellent suggestions and told us upfront which was more expensive or less expensive. There was no pressure to buy anything. He made absolutely sure we were happy with our selections. We will definitely contact them again when it is time to replace our other window treatments.

We moved into a new house in West Chester in June of 2012. The entire house had Hunter Douglas shades and shutters on every window. Since we installed Hunter Douglas shades in our previous house, this was actually a selling point. We recently had some rooms repainted. When we took down the shades in one room several plastic clips on a valence broke due to age and oxidation. After several failed attempts to find replacements, we went to a Stampers Blinds Gallery close to the house and asked if they had these clips and would sell us some. Mike, the manager at this location took our phone number and called the next day. He said that the clips were no longer used but they checked with the supplier and were able to obtain the exact clip and gave us a few extras all at no charge. When I picked up the clips I mentioned that one very large shade (6' x 6') was a little limp and would not retract completely. He put me on the phone with someone at the Florence location and I was told that they could not repair it, but they would send it back to Hunter Douglas and it could be repaired at the factory. I brought it in and they sent it to the factory. We got it back in perfect condition. All at no charge to us. If we had more windows I would certainly buy the shades for them from Stampers. They are good people and very professional. If we need to replace any of our shades, Stampers will get the order.

For the estimate, the owner arrived timely and was extremely professional. This was a small job, only 4 mini blinds, but owner's interest and enthusiasm were as if this was an order for 20 blinds. Very transparent as to cost and as to what each option provided. No surprises. Blinds arrived around the time he promised and installation of the 4 blinds took minutes. Will definitely call Stamper again.

Our experience was great from start to finish. When Ed, the owner, initially came out to measure, he spent well over 2 hours going over different options, such as shades or blinds, size, and colors. He took the time to explain what would work best for us, and then broke it all down into several estimates accordingly. When we finally decided to order from Stamper's, we were surprised when they called less than 10 days later to tell us our shades & blinds were in! Installation took place the following day and I couldn't believe how quickly everything went. The installer was courteous and cleaned up after himself, hauling everything away in his truck. He showed us how all the window treatments worked before he left. One of the reasons we chose Stamper's is because I had them install blinds in all 21 windows of my last home 7 years ago. In all those years I had never had one problem, but if I had, I'm sure it would have been addressed immediately. This is a reputable, family owned business and I highly recommend them.

Work was completed in a timely fashion and within the time frame stated when we ordered the blinds. Very pleased with the service.

Wanted a good looking way to help insulate older windows still good but not totally energy efficient. Ed listened to my requirements, gave us a couple of ways to do so and let us pick the best for our needs. Was very helpful and answered all our questions. He is an expert on his product and was very proud of what it can do. Ordered and installed in two weeks. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products, helpful hints and cleaned up thoroughly. I was very impressed with the whole process.

The job was completed on time and the work was great. The blinds had been in a rental property for 4 years with smokers. The blinds look awesome, even the stringers were clean.

I really liked working with Stamper's blind factory. Ed is very professional as are the installers of the window treatments. They were all very punctual, knowlegable and professional. When the installers finished installing the window treatment they found two of them had defects from the manufacturer and they called the manufacturer (Hunter Douglas) immediately and both window treatments were reordered on the spot without any issues. In two weeks the replacement treatments arrived and were installed. I am very happy with the window treatments and with the service I was provided by Stamper's Blind Factory.

Everything turned out wonderfully. Every aspect of dealing with them was really good. We did not know anything about shades and this was the first company that we got an estimate from. Mr. Stamper spent a tremendous amount of time educating us about shades, and I had a lot of questions. He was wonderful, he very clearly cared about providing great customer service. We got estimates from several companies, and I chose this company based on the care he took with us, the educating he did with us, an his overall professionalism and price. There was a discount if we ordered more than ten shades, and I have already recommended them to several of my friends. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and would absolutely use them again in the future.

The staff was very accommodating and the store had a very good selection of products. We were having a gathering in our home on 3/22 and were hoping to get all blinds installed prior to this. The company accommodated as well as possible and made two install visits. They were able to get honeycomb shades in before party, however, due to the manufacturer delay in ability to get vertical blinds in to store, these were not available. Installer was very punctual in keeping with scheduled install time and knowledgeable about his work. Everything was hung to perfection. Glad we chose this company to do business with.
