Response from Smileys Painting and Home Repair
I sent an email on october 27,2012 to all big deal customers explaining how the big deal works, to all customers who purchased my big deal.I wonder how many other service providers do this? I was on vacation during my big deal! I deserve time off too!The funny thing is a bunch of Angies customers have low comprehension as they had a hard time grasping that it is their responsibility to call and schedule appointments not mine ,It specifically states first come first served!!!!! If i spent all my time just calling customers who purchased big deals I would not get any work done. Every few weeks I get some moron who cant read and then they take their lack of understanding out on my business. I have talked with Many Angies List Employees about this and they tell me that this is a regular thing and not to worry as these reviews dont really affect my grade,however it does affect my attitude:) I work hard for my Angies List customers and I have 60+ positive reviews that says THIS MEMBER is mistaken and he lost a very good handyman who lives right around the corner from him.Plese see through this BS and treat yourself to a great paint job or some home repairs that you have been putting off!
