Had a good visit to the showroom to discuss my home, usage, preferences, and select carpet. The sales associate was attentive but not overbearing, and made an effort to accommodate my preferences when I knew what I wanted and to coach me a little when I wasn't quite sure what my options were or what would be the best choice. Simply Floors made a visit to my home to estimate required usage and made a second visit to install the carpet for me. Both home appointments were on-time and completed within the time they said. Installation was excellent and has held up well over time with average usage. Total time from initial visit to their showroom to completed installation was under 2 weeks. Overall, the sales process was simple and helpful, price was competitive, and installation was hassle-free. I definitely plan to use Simply Floors again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for any new flooring work for their home.

It went wonderfully. When I went in to look at samples, the salesperson (one of the owners, Jim Leamer) first asked me how I was going to use the carpet, i.e. what were our needs as far as usage, traffic, etc. He was so knowledgeable about each type of carpeting, and clearly explained the differences and the pros and cons of picking one type over another. He tried to sell me what I needed and not just the most expensive - I felt he really cared about my needs. The installation was great. It was quick, everything was cleaned up, the installers were polite and professional. Since then, several of my friends have had similar experiences with Simply Floors. Although I didn't have any problems, I have been told by friends that any problems are taken care of promptly and politely. In the near future, I'll be purchasing more carpeting, and I know I'll be going back to Simply Floors.

We had used Simply Floors to install new hardwood floors in our house a few years ago. The service was great, installation was efficient and the hardwood floors look amazing. When we decided to replace all of our carpet on the first floor, I contacted Simply Floors again. Jim Leamer, one of the owners, personally handled our account from start to finish. He was very helpful in selecting the type/brand of carpet that would work best for our family's lifestyle. He also provided different price points so we could make an informed decision. The installers were professional and friendly. Jim Leamer even stopped out our house during the installation to make sure we were pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Simply Floors for any of your flooring needs!

We worked with Dawn to pick out the linoleum. She was helpful in directing us to appealing choices in our price range. The subcontractor who measured and installed the floor as easy to work with and did an exceptional job. He gave tips on how to keep the floor keep the floor up. Why look further?

Worked with Jim Jr to pick out carpet. He was very patient and explained all the options within our budget. Never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Installers were punctual, polite, and did a great job cleaning up after tearing up old carpet. Overall a great experience.

Excellent, we worked with both Jim Sr and Dawn Marie. We found a carpet we liked in Missouri and they took the time to track down the style and color since they change from place to place. The installation was great. Art, James, and Anthony were professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. The whole process was easy!

We were tired of looking at all the big box stores trying to figure out what carpet to use, went back to Angies List and found Simply Floors in West Chester. We found out why they had a high rating on Angies list, they are a family owned company who cares about taking care of the customer from start to finish. Very patient, ordered samples for us of a color they did not have a large sample on. Work was performed on time, very clean job, Great experience!

Simply Floors did a great job helping us pick out flooring for our basement. I spent several hours in their show room to find just the right materials. All of them were very curteous and helped to ensure I picked out the best, most reasonable product. They also worked with my schedule and ensure everything was delivered/installed on time. I got quality product, installation for a reasonable price.

I was very happy with both the way I was treated by Jim Sr. at the simply Floors showroom and with the father-son installation team that were at my house. Jim sent a professional measurer to measure the area first. I first looked at carpet selections in the Spring, but did not decide on a carpet until October. Jim was friendly and helpful throughout. He says that service is very important to them and he backed up that statement with me. The installers (father and son) were very polite and did not have any nasty habits of some workmen I've had at the house. They were clean cut and articulate. I left the house for a few hours at a time and was not concerned about problems. The installation job they did was excellent and they cleaned up pretty well too (though of course I had to clean more after they left). The only small problem was that in a few places they left small marks on the painted walls which were easily cleaned or touched up. This did not effect my overall satisfaction with the job. I have never previously had the experience of buying and installing new carpet so I don't have another experience to compare this one to, but I would not hesitiate to use Simply Floors again, along with this team of installers.

We selected Simply Floors because of their high rating on Angie's List. From the very first visit to their showroom, they were very helpful & accomodating (I had a very difficult time selecting a color & they were extremely patient with my indecision...). Jim Jr. got extra samples for me to make sure we liked the color & style we selected. We quickly received a quote, chose a date for the installation. Carpet was exactly as ordered, arrived on time, no problems with the wrong stuff getting delivered. Their installer crew arrived on time, were very nice gentlemen, very professional and worked like demons, barely stopping for lunch both days they were on the job. The installation was meticulous. No damage was done to my walls or baseboards. When finished, they cleaned up & hauled the old stuff away. The carpet looks beautiful. This is the only home improvement job we've done where I didn't feel like I had to hover over the work crew making sure they were actually working. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them without reservation to our friends.

Overall, the experience was a good one. They helped educate me about the different types of carpet and the pros and cons of each material. They also helped me find a carpet I liked within my budget. They were not pushy with their sales. The installation did need to be rescheduled due to a scheduling error, but the installers arrived on time and were courteous and did a nice job. They seemed to do a good job being careful to not ding/scratch the walls while installing the carpet.

Quotes from 3 companies received, went with locally owned and opperated one, workers were prompt, professional, cleaned up mess well, very easy/nice to work with, came back to adjust a couple issues that developed after the fact without hassel at no cost to us. Great company, great owners/operators, highly recommended.

Very positive with the process. We had been wavering on whether or not to replace some carpet that didn't look all that bad. We had shopped around a bit and decided to go ahead with replacement. The rooms were being repainted but the paint was not on the walls yet. Jim walked us through the steps of determining the level of carpet we needed and was more then willing to show different samples when we would change our direction of what we wanted while at the same time helping us stay in the quality of carpet that we needed to meet our price point. After we selected what we wanted Jim worked up a quote base on a drawing I provided with the statement that it would need to be confirmed with an in home measurement. He confirmed availability of the carpet with the mill so that we wouldn't be disappointed when we called to confirm our decision. The day of the measurement went quickly and smoothly as Jim took all of the notes he needed and confirmed our selection with the sample book he brought with him. The original quote and the final estimate were a match. Contract was signed, partial payment made and an installation date was set. Day of installation went just as planned, the workers came in did the job and cleaned up very well after themselves including vacuuming over the carpet. Finished product looks great and we are pleased with the results.

Painless, I was working from home that day and could'nt be possibly less pain free.

In the showroom, all salespeople were very knowledgable and helpful. Really liked that we got to work with owners and not commissioned salespeople. Beginning to end, a wonderful experience

In the sales room, we were greeted promptly and given excellent service as we decided what type of flooring would be best for us. We were given just the right amount of help selecting several samples to take home. At home, we actually chose the sample the salesperson suggested. The installers arrived right on time and were very professional. They completed the job in two days and cleaned up nicely each day. Our floors are beautiful and I just love them. I was very happy with every part of this, and will definitely use Simply Floors again in the future.

This family owned business has a beautiful showroom with very friendly personnel. Jennifer Foran was knowledgeable and a great help with our carpet selection. Jim Sr. and Jennifer were wonderful with the measuring, ordering and coordinating the installation. The work crew was very pleasant as well as neat, clean and efficient. The carpet looks beautiful and we are so pleased the the whole experience.

They were great. They are very personable. They have good prices. Their carpet installers are good. I would use them every time and would use them again in the future.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I know I traditionally don't like buying carpet or replacing things that you aren't sure are broke. But our home looks 100% better and the quality of the carpet was just unreal! We had a builder grade and we can really feel the difference!
