Description of Work: Installed carpet in lower level and stairs. Carpet has geometric pattern, was matched perfectly! The installers-Art, James and Anthony did a wonderful job. Everyone at store was easy to work with and very helpful. This is the second time I have used Simply Floors. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Description of Work: The guys who installed our carpet were very professional and did an awesome job! I love the quality and I thought the price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: Had five rooms and two hallways carpeted. Art and his two sons did the install. They were courteous and respectful. Professional. Very efficient and clean. On time. Furniture was moved and replaced exactly as before. Carpet was laid perfectly, cannot see seams. Beautiful install. Took two days. Would use this company again.

Description of Work: I decided on Simply Floors from the reviews on Angie's list. They replaced carpet in my living room, dining room, stairs and hallway. Everyone at the store was very helpful and great to work with from day one. They gave me several sample boards of carpet to take home after we narrowed it down to the cost and style I wanted. When I picked what I wanted, Jim Sr. came out within couple days to measure and that afternoon I received callback from Dawn Marie with the price which I felt was very reasonable and accepted it. Carpet was ordered and installed in about a week. The installers, Art and his guys, were also fantastic. They showed up few minutes early and worked all day without taking a break. They took very good care of my furniture moving it around. They went above and beyond in one particular area in front of the front door where I had installed some ceramic tile myself. Looked great when they were done. Overall, very happy with my experience. Will use Simply Floors again if and when needed. Wouldn't mind replacing carpet in bedrooms when I have the money and would definitely call them back.

Description of Work: Laid lineoleum in a spare full bathroom. This is a family owned business that was recommended on Angie's List as well as was recommended by a co-worker that had work done by them. Although the job was a small one I valued the time spent with me when I walked in and the education process of the products. The pricing of the job was accurate with no surprises. Although I came in with the measurements they sent their installer to assess the job and confirm the measurements. The job was professionally done and took into consideration important work/finishes that I would not have known to watch for and could have been excluded by a company less professional looking to cut corners. The toilet was removed and the flooring placed underneath and wood edging was place around the room as well as caulking along the tub line. I will absolutely use them for my next flooring project in my home.

Description of Work: Simply Floors was one of three price quotes I received. They were in the middle of the 3 price quotes for the same carpet. I ended going with somebody else and save myself $500 for the whole house installation.

Description of Work: Installed high end vinyl floor tiles in two bathrooms and installed a tile backsplash in kitchen. Installers were excellent. Great work and very clean and professional. Help with selecting materials was very good as well. I recommend them.

Description of Work: I contacted Simply floors for a carpet estimate. They were very prompt and courteous. Within a couple days I had the estimate in hand and the price was very reasonable. They were able to exchange e-mails throughout the day with any questions I had. We decided to keep our hardwood and not install carpet, but if I were to have any carpet needs in the future, Simply Floors would receive my business.

Description of Work: We purchased flooring for our kitchen, dining room and living room from Simply Floors in early November. The sales experience was very professional without any pressure in making a final decision. They were extremely knowledgeable and guided us to the best products for our needs. Installation was scheduled for late November and was completed on schedule. Their installers were the best we have experienced taking the time to make sure the installation was what we expected in all areas. While the sales experience was very good the installation (particularly the vinyl installation in the kitchen) exceeded our expectations. We would use Simply Floors for all our future flooring needs.

Description of Work: We visited showroom, were not greeted promptly. When sales person was available they suggested available laminate flooring for kitchen. We took samples home, ask our neighbor who has installed similar material to check out price for installation and to visit this vendor. When he reported back to us he had been quoted a much higher price for the laminate---we believe this vendor was not happy with the idea of not getting the installation part of the job. We trust our neighbor who has done other work for us and has been employed in construction supervision for 15 or more years. We decided to NOT use Simply Floors. After this phase we visited "Carpet Discounters" in Fairfield, selected a laminate and had it installed in a very workmanlike manner by a person they recommended for a reasonable price.
