As first time home buyers the whole home searching process was a bit daunting, and we really didn't have a good idea of what we wanted. Norbert was extremely patient with us and always answered any questions we had very thoroughly. We saw about 45 houses before we found the one we liked, and Norbert never pressured us into buying something we weren't 100% sure about. One day he even drove us around to 14 different houses, because he knew we didn't have time to view them during the week. He is also what I would call a "real estate engineer", because he could tell you how to do nearly any household fix known to man. I got the impression he was big into fixing up things at home, which really helps when you're explaining what problems are and are not critical inside a house and where you can save money. One day we even went to an open house, and he was doing such a good job at pointing out issues with the house that another couple at the open house started following us around to hear what he had to say! We are definitely going to go with him again when we sell our house in the future!
