+ -1 moreI WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING UP UNTIL AFTER THE INSTALLATION, WHEN I NOTICED THAT THE SCREEN WOULDN'T CLOSE ALL THE WAY. I CALLED WEEKLY AND TALKED TO AN EMPLOYEE AND HE WOULD SAY SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME - NOT ONCE DID THEY RETURN MY CALL. WHILE A FIRE WAS BURNING IN THE FIREPLACE, THE FLUE CLOSED. WHEN I WAS ATTEMPTING TO OPEN THE FLUE, I KNOCKED WOOD OUT OF THE FIREPLACE AND RUINED MY CARPET. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAD TO BE CALLED TO OPEN THE FLUE AND GET THE SMOKE OUT OF THE HOUSE. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES ABOUT THIS WITH NO RESPONSE.
Description of Work: HAD A FIREPLACE INSTALLED.

+ -1 moreTHE REPRESENTATIVE WE DEALT WITH DESCRIBED HIMSELF AS ''OWNER.'' WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Description of Work: SIX MONTHS AGO, THIS COMPANY LEFT OUT A PART ON INITIAL INSTALLATION OF FIREPLACE THAT WAS NOTED TO BE MISSING BY OUR CONTRACTOR. CONCERNS EXPRESSED ABOUT MISSING PART BY OURSELVES AND CONTRACTOR DISMISSED. CONVINCED VERY RUDE AND SARCASTIC REPRESENTATIVE TO ORDER PART. REPRESENTATIVE SAYS HE TRIED TO CALL US THAT PART WAS IN 4 MOS. LATER BUT NEVER CALLED AGAIN. I CALLED AND WAS TREATED EXTREMELY RUDELY BY SAME REPRESENTATIVE 6 MOS. AFTER INSTALLATION. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TALKED TO SO RUDELY IN MY LIFE BY ANYONE I WAS PAYING. OUR CONTRACTOR IS NOW TRYING TO OBTAIN PART. I HAVE SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT THE COMPANY''S COMMITMENT TO HELPING THE CONSUMER WHO HAS NOW CONSUMED THE PRODUCT.
