+ -1 moreDave Taylor and his crew came in in a timely manner and turned a very bad situation into a workable solution. It was alot smaller job than they usually deal with normally and alot more manual labor because of the close proximity of the houses in my neighborhood. But they did a great job and left my yard in alot better condition than they found it.
Description of Work: My filter lines became punctured from years of wear and placed wrongly in 1977. So with punctured lines I could not work my filter system. I called 2 other people. One of which came, dug a hole and never came back leaving me with a 5 x 5 hole by my pool.

+ -1 moreThese guys were very knowledgeable, friendly and worked efficiently and in a timely manner to fix a problem I had been fighting with most of the summer.
Description of Work: I had a leak in the underground plumbing of my pool. 2 other vendors came in and left without calling back, leaving me with a hole in the ground and the weather turning colder. Dave Taylor and his crew came in diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly as opposed to alot of other companies I called were too busy closing pools down and scheduled me long after they were done closing pools.

+ -1 moreI FIRST CONTACTED DAVID IN NOVEMBER 03. HE PROMPTLY CAME OUT, GAVE AN ESTIMATE, AND PROMPTLY CAME BACK TO MEASURE AFTER I ACCEPTED THE ESTIMATE. THE WEATHER KEPT HIM FROM DOING THE WORK IMMEDIATELY. HOWEVER, HE KEPT ME INFORMED OF HIS INTENTIONS VIA E-MAIL. HE LET ME KNOW WHEN THE LINER CAME IN, HE LET ME KNOW WHEN HE WAS HOPING TO BEGIN THE WORK, AND KEPT LETTING ME KNOW WHEN HE WAS PLANNING TO BEGIN EACH TIME THE WEATHER DELAYED THE WORK. HE WAS COURTEOUS, TREATED ME WITH RESPECT, AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN ALL OUR INTERACTIONS. I WOULD USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN AS WELL AS RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.
Description of Work: REPLACED VINYL LINER IN IN-GROUND POOL DURING THE OFF-SEASON.
