+ -1 moreHe was endlessly patient, dependable, knowledgeable, efficient and understanding. He was thoughtful of our needs, quick to respond to questions and quick to set up appointments. We never felt pressured by him but when we got tired of looking at houses or discouraged, he kept us going and hopeful. If he was unavailable for an immediate showing on a promising house, his wife, Leigh, was. We found the home of our dreams and the closing process was easier than we might have imagined. From beginning to end Chris kept us feeling confident and empowered with the information to make good decisions.
Description of Work: We had just moved to the Cincinnati area from out of state. Chris Russell was our real estate agent as we went about the process of buying a new home. He both found properties for us to look at and followed up on properties we noticed on the internet or just driving around the area.
