He was very professional. I purchased the offer in February, and he made sure to stay in touch as far as the appointment date since it was made so far in advance. He was able to come out when he said he would, and there were no extra costs. They did excellent work.

I bought this service through Angie's Deals. Jim and his team were fabulous. Always communicated about his timeline. He was punctual, professional and his painting was top-notch. I look forward to using Jim again.

Very responsive and quick to set up the job. Had to schedule out several weeks due to busy schedule on their end, but showed up on time and actually started the job a day early to get a head start and ensure it was done on time. They were very courteous and conscientious about making sure there was no mess. They were also very careful to measure everything and determine exactly how much paint we would need to purchase without having a huge excess. I'd definitely look at having them come back when it's time to paint the exterior of the house or if we decide to do any further interior painting jobs.

Pierson Professional Painting is the BEST. James, Jeremy and Warren were courteous, conscientious and respectful of my belongings during the job. They painted quickly and well, met the timeframe, and keep everything neat and orderly in the process. These men were thoroughly delightful, were genuinely concerned about giving me the best paint job possible and staying within my budget, so they worked smartly. They communicated with me throughout, and showed up when they promised. Pierson has restored my faith in painters! I walk around my home with a big smile on my face because of their work. I will most certainly hire them again and will recommend Pierson to all of my friends and family. Hire them! You won't be sorry.

James, accompanied by Jeremy and Warren arrived on time and ready to work. We reviewed the job and the men got busy. They did a superb job preparing the wall and the applying the paint. This is a focal wall and it looks great. They caulked areas on the trim and painted it. James even found a difficult area by the front door that had never been painted. He wouldn't leave until he painted the area which I had never noticed. I had drywall tape that was coming loose from my hall ceiling. James patched and painted the area. I am very pleased with the quality of the job, the professionalism of the three men and their attention to detail. I highly recommend and would hire them again.,

James and his crew do a very good job. Prompt, friendly, clean. Excellent painters. James can paint a very straight line by hand. Much better than using blue painters tape, in my opinion. Sometimes it just takes a skilled steady hand to trim the paint perfectly, especially around ornate window trim and stair railing. James is good. He likes to use good quality paint, like Sherwin Williams. It costs a little more, but the painting goes faster, so labor costs are lower, and the final product looks better than Valspar or the other big box paint brands. The job took about 4 days. We originally planned on about 2 or 3 days, but I kept adding more rooms and doors to the job. James didn't mind at all. He'll paint whatever you want. I actually had him fix a few things that a previous painter had done sort of sloppily. I will certainly have them come back and finish painting the rest of our house in the future. I got more than my money's worth. Very happy.

Went very well. I had a Big Deal that gave me 16 hours of painting. I showed them the rooms that we wanted done, just a fresh coat of the same color on the ceiling and walls in a living room, kitchen, hallway and 2 bedrooms. I wasn't expecting them to get the whole thing done, but they came darn close. They got the ceilings done in all rooms, and the walls done in the living room and both bedrooms, and they got all the edging work done in the kitchen. Not only were they fast, they did an excellent job! It's amazing how much better the rooms look painted well than they have the past few years after we painted them. If we weren't moving, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again to paint, was very happy with the quality and the level of service. They were prompt and very professional.

The wallpaper removal, wall repair and wall painting work was all excellent. The cost estimate for just the wallpaper removal, however, was too low by 25%, from 16 to 21 man-hours. The ceiling painting was estimated for one coat and it needed two. I'm convinced a more experienced painter could have painted a white ceiling with white paint in just one coat. $30.00 an hour for two experienced painters is an excellent price value. However, for about half of our project we only had one painter. Had we had two men for the whole project, I'm sure that the project would have taken 3 days and not 4. $30.00 an hour for only one painter is a good value, but not excellent. Overall rating should really be an A-. We have much more painting planned and we do plan to have Pierson give us a quote for the work and we would use again.

Fantastic job, great communication and very professional with me and my family. Could not have gone better. He really cares about his work, called me from his family vacation to confirm plans for the following week.

The workmanship was OUTSTANDING. James was very meticulous and took great pride in his work. It was a pleasure to have him in my home to complete some nagging projects in a very timely manner. We will definitely have him back and we give him the highest recommendation.

James did an excellent job. All of the rooms look great. The paint looks uniform and professional, with no streaks or marks. You can barely tell that the formerly rough walls were ever textured (we chose not to sand). You can't tell where he repaired the drywall, and he even smoothed over and "fixed" holes that I had previously tried to patch so that you cannot see them at all. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. We were also pleased with James' punctuality and attention to cleanliness during and after painting. He was a hard worker and was a pleasure to deal with, and he put real thought into solving some unique painting problems in our house and walked us through his thought process. He was a true professional. We will certainly use his services again if we have other paint needs and will recommend him to others.

SUPERB! FANTASTIC! EXCELLENT! James Pierson is the owner and primary painter and Warren is his associate painter. James is very responsive with communication, very thorough with estimates and finished cost, and works harder than I ever expected. His painting is precise and very professional. Warren is quick and thorough. They are both exceedingly friendly and want to make sure they are doing the job that you want them to do. James always double-checked any areas that he was not sure what I wanted. James and Warren move all furniture and wall decorations for you and put them back exactly the way they were. They wiped and dusted all areas that needed wiped down (which I am embarrassed to say was necessary for me!) before they painted. James went above and beyond while he was painting - he fixed my dryer vent hose! My home looks like it is brand new! I cannot be more pleased! If you are thinking of hiring Pierson Professional Painting, James has my phone number and I have given him permission to give it to you so you can call and I will give him a reference. There were no problems at any time. I highly recommend James for any job you have!

Went very well. The showed up on time. Finished a little more than I thought they would. They cleaned up after themselves, although the floors needed mopping due to the dust. James is very personable and easy to work with. He talks a bit much but it doesn't appear to slow down the work. I hired them again to finish the other 2 rooms.

Wonderful!! Never having seen my kitchen and the crack needing repair, he was very positive about being able to fix it...and he did. He ran into some other unexpected problems but he overcame them all beautifully. James is an excellent painter and a great repair person. He's positive and clever about fixing things. He's honest and sincerely wants to do great work....and he does. He also has an excellent assistant who is as polite as James. A wonderful experience from start to finish. In fact, I've asked him back for an estimate to paint my house.

James Pierson and his assistant arrived on time and ready to work. They both did excellent work and we were comfortable having them in our home. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and were ready to leave on time.

James Pierson was very helpful in getting us scheduled in December before Christmas. He was almost 100% booked for December but was able to arrange a whole day to get our job done on December 9th. We talked about the job twice before the scheduled date and he arranged to order and pick up our paint for us (at a discounted price). He went over the types and quality and finishes (sheens) of paints and he recommended what would be best fort the rooms we were having painted. He arrived on time and we went over the project in person beforehand and how he would be doing it. He set up and started right away with minor wall patching and repair and edging everything in and his helper arrived a couple of hours later. They were very efficient and careful with their work and did an excellent job for us. We had some concerns before they started with whether they would be able to get everything done in the 16 hours we paid for and we even gave them priorities of what we wanted done, but they were able to get the whole project done and apply 2 coats of paint for everything, including the ceiling. We couldn't be happier with them and how it all turned out and we will be using them after the first of the year to paint our family room and ceiling.

This was the first job we hired Pierson Professional Painting. Everything was done on time and on budget and with excellent quality. All the furniture was moved and properly protected then moved back to their original positions after the work was complete. We would have never known he was there except for the fact that our walls were painted at the end of the day. Mr. Pierson helped up pick out the right type paint for our family, recommending the right finish for children's bedrooms for durability and ease of cleaning. Our oldest daughter loved the outcome of her bedroom and we loved our youngest daughter's nursery (pictures included in review) We would highly recommend hiring Pierson Professional Painting.

This was the second job we hired Pierson Professional Painting for and again we were not disappointed. Mr. Pierson's work is excellent and was completed well with the time estimate, he even helped us pick out colors that would work well in our home. He moved all the furniture and made sure everything was properly protected before beginning. After everything was completed he cleaned up and moved all the furniture back in its original position. We did have a miscommunication about the color of one wall, it was supposed to be a darker accent wall. Mr. Pierson was very courteous about the discrepancy and quickly repainted the wall with no additional time or cost to us. We are highly satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend and rehire Pierson Professional Painting.
