The pipes under my slab house were sagging & clogged creating a major plumbing issue. To address the problem, my floors had to be removed & the concrete underneath them had to be jack hammered. A very big trench had to be dug to accomodate the repair. A huge project & not for the faint of heart. Gary & his crew completed this work in one day! He was there the entire time overseeing every last detail. This project could have not gone better. I am so grateful for Gary's expertise. I am so happy with my new bathroom. I have a large, walk in shower, double sinks. The tile work is perfect.

We were told that the approximation for completing the basement would be 6-8 weeks, but it took them 24 weeks. He was taking too many projects at the same time and kept telling us that his crew was busy with other projects and he gave us too many unacceptable excuses for the delay in completing the project. He was not cooperative with us and couple of times he lost his temper on us and left our house by slamming the door too hard, which was unacceptable and very disappointing and disrespectful. He did that after he has received most of his payments or else we would have stopped the project with him. Gary was not professional and we had to hire other people to fix things he could not take care of. He never delivered the paid in full receipt, we had to type our own and make him sign it. He also did not provide the certificate of occupancy upon the project completion and we had to call the city and get it ourselves even though he mentioned that he will provide it when the project is completed.

Good communication and they finished the job earlier than expected. So far we are happy with the results. Gary was very easy to work with. Great job overall.

Very professional and always communicated to me. Very quality work and with materials delays always let us know what was going on with the remodel. We are very happy with the job completion and would recommend to anyone who needs a job completed.

Gary is great to work with and so is his crew. New vinyl siding was installed and new vinyl shutters. Great communication on what was happening and when. Any questions I had were immediately addressed and my husband and I are so pleased with the new exterior look of our home. I will definitely hire them again for other projects we may have in the future.
