Gary came out on a holiday weekend and gave me an estimate on a roof repair and replacement. My roof was repaired before and it did not last and was leaking. So we went with the replacement. tear off and install in one day. This included all of the clean up as well. A few months later when the rains came, water was running between the gutters and roof edge. I called Gary and explained the problem and he came back, looked at the roof/gutters and said his crew would be here Tuesday to fix the problem. They showed up as promised and fixed the problem. I have nothing but go things to say about P&G Solutions. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go with Gary Brown. Thanks Gary....!

Gary is a true professional, full of knowledge and helpful information. His product and warranties are superior to most I had seen. His crew was polite, and cleaned up the job site very well. I am happy it was Gary Brown who responded to my request in a timely fashion, and plan to contact him again for future jobs I need done.

Painters did excellent work even with the tight timeline that we gave them (even with us switching paint colors on them). Walls look great and project was done ahead of schedule and before all of our furniture was moved into house. Gary will accept nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend P&G Property Solutions and they deserve every bit of 5 stars.

It was a pleasure working with Gary of Property Solutions. He did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done with our roof, why it needed to be done, the benefits of having it done, and the cost. We felt the price quoted was very fair compared to other estimates. The workers during the process were very pleasant and cleaned up their mess. Gary was in contact with us after the install and made sure the work met our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the work done and we wouldn't hesitate to call Gary again when we need assistance with home improvements.
